Sam came to diagnose our malfunctioning AC just at the start of a Toronto heat wave, when all AC repair companies were slammed. We were so pleased at how quickly he came (our regular heating/AC company wasn't able to come until 2 day later!) and how professional and efficient he was in assessing the situation and repairing it. We are considering installing a ductless unit on the second floor of our house and will definitely have Sam come and do it.

A technician came the same day I called and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue with my AC unit immediately and fixed the problem. Highly recommend this company for their preofessionalism and quality of work/care!

Excellent service. Sam was the first one to respond to my request and came to look at my AC within a day and provided me with he thorough explantion and options I had. And then they were able to come out and replace my AC within a week of my contacting them so I am prepared well before the next heat wave. I highly recommend them.

The technician is very experienced. The person comes on time. Problem is located and parts replaced. Problem solved in a short time.

Replaced a capacitor on the external compressor. Checked the pressure in the system. Completed all work in a timely manner. Sam is knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting the problem resolved and willing to work into the late evening. This is the third time I have had Climax in for various repairs to the furnace and A/C and they have always been prompt and courteous.

The drain pipe out of the unit was blocked. Sam came out late in night to fix on a hot day. Very helpful.

We came home from a week long road trip to a very warm home, our AC was not working. Next day we called Climax toll free number, Sam answered the call gave us a time frame, came as promised. Within about 15 minutes, problem solved Our old AC working again. Also gave us great quotes for new machines when time comes to replace it. We will contact Climax again for all future repairs and replacements. Thanks again Sam, great job!

Our old air conditioner gave up on us on the day we had a heat warning. Called a couple of places to fix or replace of the machine. Other technicians didn't even bother to check our machine saying it's too old and not worth to fix. They just rushed to give us a quote for replacing it. Sam came on time that he promised and checked couple of things within 5-10 mins and figured out what is needed to be done. He fixed the old machine in 30 min! He also gave us a quite competitive quotes for new machines in case we need to replace it in the future. (He checked the dimension of the furnace room to make sure to recommend the right machine with a right size which no other people did.) I'm so happy I found Climax AC and From now on I know who to contact with my cooling and heating work for our home!
