    Furnace maintenance

    Great work. I was late getting to the house for the arranged time and he was kind enough to come back an hour later. The furnace was fixed in short order. Im very happy with the service

    Water heater repair

    My on demand water heater was leaking from the heat exchanger. Rather than replacing it he suggested to try a repair. It has been working ever since. Highly recommend Sam.

    Furnace repair

    Sam came out on a Sunday in a ice storm. He fixed the problem quickly as well gave us great information for future maintenance.. Highly recommended.

    Water Heater

    My water heater was not working. Sam came and explained that there was some rusting and changed the parts. He was very professional and completed his task quickly. His recommendations were very much appreciated. We had hot water within 30 minutes. Thank you so much!

    Diagnostic check

    Heating/Cooling System Repair

    Sam was very professional and did a diagnosis of the heating system in my condo. He fixed the problem and also taught me how to troubleshoot if the problem happened again in the future. Very helpful! He came by after work so it would be more convenient for me.

    Gas Fireplace

    Sam was great! He showed up late in the evening to diagnose and fix my gas fireplace which would not ignite. He actually tried to walk me through a few fixes over the phone to avoid me paying him to come and fix a potentially minor issue. Highly recommend.

    Furnace repair

    I used Sasan and his company for the second time and I am absolutely happy and satisfied with his services. I called him on a late Sunday evening and he walked me through trouble shooting process and fixed the furnace early next morning. He is very professional and knowledgeable.
