    Honest, Kind & Helpful Service

    We had an issue with our water tank on Dec 29th - NO HOT WATER & during the Holidays good luck trying to find a serviceman to come out to remedy the problem. Fortunately, I was given Sam's number by the water heater manufacturer (AO Smith) and I called him after trying a few things on my own. Sam told me what to do to get the motor going so that we could have hot water until we could get a new Blower Motor Assembly ordered. His advice although very simple, WORKED LIKE A CHARM. We have had Hot Water for a few days now and should get the new assembly in a few days. However, the story doesn't end there! On New Years Day we woke up to the house being 15 degrees inside temperature although the thermostat was set for 23. I called Sam and he advised that he couldn't come out until the evening BUT again told me what to do to as a quick and easy fix first. He was right once again, one of the exterior vent exhaust pipes was blocked with some snow so I cleared it out and VIOLA!! 2 minutes later HEAT!!!! Sam is amazing!! Where most service people would have you wait until they arrived so that the could charge you a ridiculous fee, he was so willing to give us help & advise over the phone. Honest people in the trades industry are sometimes hard to find BUT LOOK NO FURTHER THAN SAM AT CLIMAX AIR CONDITIONING!! I will always use him for my heating & cooling needs from now on and will also recommend him to all my friends and family!! Thank You so very kindly for all of your help Sam; you my friend are a genuinely good, honest and outstanding human being!! All The Best!! Very Appreciative, Andy S

    Hot Water Tank Broken on New Years Eve!

    My hot water tank sprung a leak on New Years Eve of all days, also a Sunday. Although he was swamped, Sam was able to fit me in at the end of his day and fix the issue within about 20 minutes. He also provided me with very valuable tips on tank maintenance as well as a heads up on my furnace. Super easy guy to deal with. I should note, other top rated companies on Homestars either did not pick up the phone or did not return my messages. Sam is in my phone contacts now and staying there. Thanks again Sam!

    Fix furnace

    The technician was so kind and talked nicely. He found the problem that another technician did not find and fixed it properly. He also came on saturday and gave us good service.

    I was COLD!! ;o)

    On the coldest day of the year my furnace decided to quit. A phone call to Sam and he was able to fit me into a crazy busy schedule. He was prompt, courteous, concerned with protecting my home and most importantly fixed the problem! Thanks so much for your great service!

    H-vac heater motor, tubes and interlock.

    Very helpful and went over and above. He drove out of area twice after hours to source the parts needed for the job. Very professional.

    Condo furnace unit, no heat during Christmas

    Sam is an excellent and knowledgeable technician, he agreed to come even though he was extremely busy. Sam explained in great detail what the problem was and how each part that failed affected the normal operation of my unit. He as also very friendly and understanding to our situation and set clear expectations. Prices are also very reasonable for the circumstances. I could not thank him enough for taking the time to come so that we can be comfortable this Christmas. I would definitely recommend Sam to others. 10/10 A++++++

    Fantastic, honest service

    100 for service call 150 for off hours, but will come! He came, he fixed my main problem, then charged me a small $15 to unclog my humidifier. It was a mess, he went out of his way to make sure my furnace was in tiptop condition before leaving. 100% will call again

    Furnace repair

    Great service, worked quickly and efficiently, job was done in about 20 minutes, took 2-3 minutes to finish paying.

    Furnace wasn't working...

    Last evening....I turned up the thermostat after a long day....on one of the coldest nights of the year...I noticed after a while that my condo wasn't warming up, which normally doesn't take long at all....it was actually getting cooler as there was only cold air coming out of the vents....so I turned it off and went to bed... This morning...Looked up furnace repair service for condos, and Climax air came up with wonderful reviews and lots of them....so I gave them a call and spoke to Sam who took my information and told me how busy they were for evening service calls....but would call me back and do the best he could....and to his word....called....tried to squeeze me into his already busy night.... He called me once I was home and actually trouble shooted the problem over the phone and explained all the things that could possibly be causing the cold air....even gave me the name of another company if it was beyond his scope... As it turned out...what we did over the phone...kicked the furnace back to heating....saved me the cost of a service call...and saved Sam from having to physically come to my home.... What a wonderful kind gentleman....especially at this very busy and cold time of year... I will refer him to everyone I know...and definitely call if I have any more hvac issues Thank you Sam....you're the BEST!!!!!

    Thermostat replacement

    Thermostat stopped working and I was without heat in December. Called 3 other companies on a Sunday, and I still haven’t heard back from them. Called climax and within an hour someone was at my door with a new thermostat. Couldn’t be happier with the service!
