Our air conditioner stopped working, and we were hoping it would've been a simple repair. The owner Sam came out to diagnose the issue. At first he thought only the capacitor needed to be replaced. But on closer inspection he saw refrigerant was leaking. His recommendation was not to waste money on a temporary fix that would need to be addressed again next year. He advised it was best to replace with a new high-efficiency unit and also spend a little extra on a new, bigger coil for better air flow. We put our trust in him, and believe his advice was wise. The next day, 2 of his technicians came to do the installation. The techs and Sam are professional and courteous. I recommend this company and would not hesitate to call on them again for HVAC services. Thank you Sam.

We called Saturday morning about water pooling under our furnace. I was given a same day time slot. Our technician Sam was great. We called us mid afternoon with a more up to date time for his arrival. He was friendly and efficient. Our problem was fixed without too much trouble and he was on his way in under 30 minutes. Between the first time I spoke to Sam and the installation of my A/C, 3 days passed. Competitive price and Sam is responsive. Like all sellers, be informed before discussing. The most important was the installation technicians, Ben and Hassen. Ben is very competent and knows his work well. Both polite, smiling, respectful of my house and efficient. 4 hours for removal of old AC and installation of new one.

Weve been having water on the floor by our heater for a little while and Sam came and let us know what it was, why it was there, and what we needed to do to fix it. He was gracious with ideas, didnt push anything, and gave options for a quick fix and something new to purchase.
