    Home Inspection

    Having never bought a house before and dealing with the anxieties that come with the high prices in the Vancouver area, Chris offered a detailed inspection that gave us peace of mind in going ahead with the purchase. Not that he found the home was perfect, but rather he provided a comprehensive list of what needed to be addressed sooner rather than later and which items were relatively minor and could be monitored to be addressed later on. The most helpful aspect of the inspection was the opportunity to follow Chris around the house, so that he could explain what he was doing and what his findings were. I certainly came away with a better understanding of how to care for our future home. Additional peace of mind comes with Chris's offer to answer any questions I have going forward up to a year after the day of the inspection.

    Condo inspection

    I had an accepted offer on an older apartment that had a lot of work done and looked great on the surface, but thanks to Chris, we were able to uncover signs of some of the issues with the unit and the building that were waiting to cost me more money. After Chris did his thorough inspection, he took the time to walk me through every issue he found and help me understand just how big or small each problem could be. There were some serious potential problems which led me to eventually make the informed decision to walk away from the deal without removing subjects. I also really appreciated the follow-up call from Chris a week later to see if I went through with the deal. I am still on the hunt and I will definitely be using Chris again in the future. Don't make the mistake of buying an apartment an inspection. It could end up saving you more then you can count down the road.

    condo inspection

    Chris was able to do an inspection on a couple days notice to ensure I had one done before I removed subjects on my offer to purchase. He showed up on time to the site, was very thorough and polite with the building manager who took us to the maintenance areas of the condo. I was present for the entire inspection, so he pointed out what he was looking for and what he found. He answered any questions I had. It took about 2 hours for a 870 sq ft condo. When he was finished, he summarized the main problem areas and he sent his official report with photos the same evening. His report was easy to ready with red, yellow and green coding to highlight areas that needed immediate repair or items of safety concern. I ended up not purchasing the unit and it was because I had doubts about its condition and saved myself the frustration of having to do repairs right away. I thank Chris for his attention to detail and the quality of his work, he did not rush. He ensured that I understood what was faulty and how easily or not, things could be repaired. I would recommend him for anyone who needs an inspection. He is objective and followed up with me by phone a week later to see what my decision was; and it was the inspection that was the deciding factor. At first glance, this unit looked fine, but Chris found all the flaws. I recommend buyers don't skip this step in any offer.

    Home Inspection

    Chris did a home inspection for a property I was purchasing, he did an amazing job of going through all the details with me, he was completely thorough with his inspection. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

    Home Inspection

    Chris came highly recommended by our experienced realtor. He made time for us despite a short timeframe, and produced a very thorough and understandable inspection report by end of day. He was professional and easy to work with. He even followed up with a phone call to see if we had any questions after reviewing his report. We highly recommend Chris, and would use him again.

    home inspection

    I was looking to purchase a new home after 20+ years in my current home....many things such as codes have changed since then....Chris walked me thru the property and explained what he was looking for and what he found. He took the time to listen to my questions and and made sure I understood any areas of concern to him and why....He was professional and thorough with his inspection and report, and took time to address a few specific concerns I had. I am happy to report I am now a proud owner of my new home! He followed up a few days later by phone and let me know I could contact him anytime before or after my move with any questions or concerns that may come up....Thanks Chris! you are awesome!

    Home Inspection

    Chris inspected a house that I was purchasing as an investment. He did an excellent job - was very good at explaining every detail and follow-up after the inspection was done was fantastic. I'd definitely recommend Chris!

    home inspection

    Chris came to do my new home inspection and did a terrific job. He was patient, thorough, professional, and went through every detail with me and answered all my questions. Great follow up, too!     Home Inspection

    Chris did the property inspection for a home we had a conditional offer on. At 5,400 sq.ft + detached 3 car garage he was at it all day. He gave us a great understanding of the house condition and the little things that needed to be done. We were very happy with him. He even called us a few days later and made sure we didn't have any other questions after we read through the inspection report. And when we did he explained everything clearly. He went above and beyond. We would recommend him to our friends.

    House inspection

    Chris did an inspection on the house I planned to purchase. During the four hours' hard work, Chris unearthed most major and minor problems of the house. The inspection report is prompt, professional and full of useful information. After reading the report, I got to know the place from inside out and had a good idea of how to maintain the house in the future. That is so useful. His excellent service does not end with the delivery of report. He even follows up with you for any question about the report and the place. That felt so nice. In short, the service he delivered is way above my expectation. I am so impressed that I would highly recommend him to anyone.
