Diya and his team are fantastic! From the very beginning, he was very responsive and clear. I got a followup call less than an hour after I submitted the online inquiry form, and he provided me with the best recommendation for our needs. On the day of the service, they arrived within the estimated time window and started getting to work right away! It was clear that they were a well-oiled machine - both Diya and his team member knew exactly what to do and when. They took the time to show us what was going on inside the ducts through their camera and explained their process. They also gave us some tips on how to take care of our furnace moving forward. I hired Diamond Duct Cleaning for clean and investigate why the front of the house had little vent output. They arrived within the time frame expected, showed and shared with me all the work that was being done and did not mind I looked over their shoulder all the time. They did a great job. Cleaned floor registers and Returns and the J coil in the furnace and the furnace fan blades. Then cleaned dryer duct. Had their camera peeking through a small hole to show me the crap in the ductwork being sucked into the truck mounted Vacuum. Lots of dust in the floor vent pipes and chunks of old floortile and debris that was probably there for 20 yers before we bought the house They took the time to do it right and I have video evidence to show my wife. We had them cleaned 2 years ago by another company that only did the cold air returns. BIG difference. I have videos showing the dust storm going by the camera also. But cant load them here. . Diya & Ahmed absolutely definition of white glove service. On time, very professional and courteous. Very well equipped, helped me with a bird nest issue in my vents with some amazing gadgets. They were able to show video proof of the dust being lifted. In comparison pricing is really good. Walked me through entire process. Gave me lots of useful pointers.
