We has skedaddle into our home today to do the prevention work of keeping the racoons out. The young man who came known as (Brad) was professional, personable and informative. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone who has pest problems. The skedaddle team who came to do the initial visit, as well as, the follow up work were all amazing people to deal with. He was not only professional but also very pleasant to interact with. Adan ensured the area was thoroughly disinfected and installed a mesh to prevent future incidents. Curtice, performed an inspection inside and outside and advised what needed done. He was knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would highly recommend this company.

People there are generally easy to deal with but the overall service was very disappointing and extremely costly. There were no pictures of the job they did on the roof and the attic as stated in the receipts and, most importantly, they left a big hole in the roof of the ceiling in one of my bedrooms, which ended up costing me more than the service itself.

Brett and Kensi arrived promptly at our home and did a complete assessment and confirmed at least one racoon was present. A one way door and a few areas where racoons can push into the eaves were raccoon proofed with a thick gauge mesh all wearing PPE/roof strapping. A garbage bag of loose contaminated insulation was removed and area sprayed for an extra fee. A quote by a different person to replace with loose insulation to the current insulation code was also provided. The quote did not include replace/upgrade the insulation for the cathedral ceiling portion of the house. The racoon left the attic that same evening. Someone came back a week later to remove the one way door and repair and racoon proof the area. Thankfully the racoons have not returned to date. Expensive but very competent and professional service.

This was a great customer experience overall. The quote process, delivery time, efficiency of appointment scheduling, and adjusting/adapting to concerns along the way. Also the guaranteed service, even if there is an issue with wildlife in the repaired area later on. I have a small walkout on the second floor with railings, and a wooden deck float on top of the roof. Long story short a squirrel had chewed through the metal mesh of my first attempted repair into the roof, making a nest for the second time. This company helped remove the squirrel, it's babies, the nest, and completed the deck repair. The deck repair was not extensive, but more protective in measure. I am in the GTA, I dealt with Ben and Jack. Professional, and would recommend. This company has materials that don't appear to be available in hardware stores. The protective measures for the deck repair are guaranteed to last by the company.

They were very professional and courteous. Cean up was great. Would highly recommend them to anyone who has pest problems.

Professional team for both the assessment/quote and the work itself. We discovered a very widespread mouse infestation on day two of purchasing our new house and contacted Skeddadle around 5PM. The next day, Harley was on site to conduct an assessment and generate a quote. He was on our property for about 2 hours assessing the extent of the infestation. A team led by Zack was booked for 8 am 2 days later. Both teams showed up on time and called ahead of arriving. They were all very professional and polite. The work was completed in about 8 hours and we have not seen or heard any mouse activity since. Would highly recommend Skeddadle for their quick, effective and professional work.

We originally contacted Skedaddle a few months back and they came and set a trap for a racoon we suspected was living in our roof/attic. Unfortunately, no racoon was caught/found; however, months later, we heard noises and saw a racoon in a nearby area of the roof. We contacted Skedaddle again and Jack came and located the mom and babies. He put put out a trap for the mom and put the babies in a heated container with access for the mom to get them so she could get them relocated. I cannot say enough great things about this company. Setting up the appointment and removal of the racoon family was quick and effortless. AND, this second visit/removal was covered under the warranty so we did not have to incur more charges. Jack was beyond knowledgeable and professional. We did initially debate about contacting another and cheaper company, but this is another example that you get what you pay for. We are super grateful for Jack and Skidaddle for helping us with this issue! I would highly recommend this company to anyone facing this problem. Thank you for the great service
