Hemi and Zach did a very good job. They were professional, polite, punctual and answered all our questions.

My daughters contacted this company as an animal had gotten trapped in the chimney, possibly a squirrel or raccoon. My daughters are college/university students. The poor animal was in distress and was very vocal. The girls were very upset. Someone came a day and a half later. The animal had been crying the whole time. The estimate was $1,000 plus the cost of capping for a service that they were told was the man climbing a ladder a sending a rope down the chimney for the animal to climb out. For obvious reasons, the ridiculous cost the girls could not afford, they sent the man away. In the meantime, the animal succumbed to its injuries. I contacted the company requesting justification of the cost. The lady who answered had no apparent idea. I would never, ever recommend or call this company again. My daughters are heartbroken that the animal couldn't be saved.

The First Gentleman Jeremy I believe came out to my house and barely looked anywhere , didnt look in attic or basement crawl space where the issues are primarily . Second guy shows up a week later and takes a look around ( making a mess of the inside house ) then said I cant do much its rats and the first guy said it was mice. I work continental shifts and this is abit much ! Scheduling you in is enough work let alone to show and do nothing twice .

I reached out to this company for an estimate to deal with a mice problem in my house. I paid to have an assessment done and was told that I would have an estimate for the service within an hour. I waited for it to come and it never happened. I reached out to the company to ask for the information because I am anxious to get a start on this problem. After a week, I have nothing. I can't reconcile the difference between an hour's timeline to nothing.

A long, complicated rat-behind-the-walls issue patiently and diligently and expertly solved/fixed by a terrific team of guys from Skedaddle. IT really was a tough job for them and yet they handled it so willingly and professionally. Couldn't have been more attentive, responsive and helpful. Calls were answered, returned promptly, appointments made/kept without issue and every point of contact was friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't possibly recommend them highly enough.

Couldnt be more pleased with Kai and his work. He called ahead as promised. We didnt have to wait hours for our turn. He went above and beyond, doing a very thorough job. He is a knowledgeable technician, who willingly answered all of our questions. We could tell that he enjoys his job. Didnt rush to complete the work in this humidity, and worked alone. It was reassuring to know that the raccoon actually wasnt there, and wont be back. Extremely pleased with how he sealed off all possible entrances for raccoons, birds & squirrles. Werent charged any unnecessary fees, so it was a pleasant surprise when the final quote was less than the estimate. No mess left behind to clean up.

We had raccoons a couple years back in my moms attic. We are about to move in so I wanted it properly cleaned. We had priced it out to do ourself (with all thr proper equipment and safety gear). For them to do it and re insulted was a few thousand more which for us was worth it. They arrived on time, called when running late even notified us when taking breaks and lunches. They were incredibly professional, well mannered and very hard working. I was a bit hesitant after reading some negative reviews but very happy we went woth this company. They did a great job, I have already recommended them to friends and family.
