Our Wildlife Technician from Skedaddle displayed sincere, considerate, well planned, thoughtful, thorough work- excellent representative for his company.

Had this company get rid of squirrels in our attic and mice everywhere in 2020 - was great until this past month... they came to take away last of mesh one way doors and I told them mice were back with a vengeance... after reviewing my notes, the 2 young men, Boyd and Myo called their office, got the go ahead and started checking for all the entrances... they found quite a few and (hopefully) my problems will be over. These young men were professional, clean, polite and wore their masks when speaking with me. They explained what they were doing and what still had to be done... they cleaned up and put away everything when finished.... now to wait the 6 weeks to be sure it worked. Felt like it was a lot of money but that warranty is worth it - 2 years later and no charge to redo... would definitely recommend ..

Showed up late. On the day of, did not provided report as promised. Poor follow up. It appears fee more important than service. I took the day off, cancelled my plans. Called several times to get an ETA, but still showed up late. Was there for less than 30 min. Promised a report with pictures and I had to call in for that. Clearer guidelines of what one can expect should be outlined upon the first call, or stated by the pest investigator. Trust me, having pest problems, is quite unpleasant, and when you are trying to get the issues resolved, and your willing to pay for help and it doesn't correspond with expectations it is disappointing. However the day after, once I did put in a call, the pest investigator was notified to call me, so I did get a verbal report. A written report is forthcoming. It is needed so that the work can be done to stop the pest problem.

Raccoons in roof. Came w fancy drones etc. Capped vents. Screwed them into roof. Rained ... roof leaked called them back after roofer said they made the leak with the screws. Refused to take responsibility. Second roofer confirmed it was from skeddaddles work. Mould in attic , walls ruined and flooring soaked. Big repair

We had some misunderstanding initially, but it is resolved now. The crew had to visit us few times to complete the job. The under porch area is now protected. Raccoons left our property , hopefully forever.

Contacted Skedaddle to remove a raccoon and babies from part of my roof with limited access. They were able to remove the babies and mom followed that evening to gather them. All healthy and safe. I would recommend Adam and his team for any services they offer.

We have been with Skedaddle for almost a year and we love their seasonal service. When we need them to come to our home, they are there within 24 hours or less. They go into our attic, basement,, garage and all around our home spraying for insects, clean up the spider webs and check and re-set all our rat traps. I would highly recommend their services to everyone who has issues with rodents and insects. Their staff is friendly and personable as well. Their staff is friendly and personable as well.

Called to have a Mom raccoon & babies removed from fireplace chimney. Grant & Tyler came on Friday, Apr.9. They were both extremely polite, friendly, happy to explain and answer questions and they worked fast. 3 babies taken out via the fireplace (with zero mess, Grant was great!) and Mom chased out the top. Then they sealed the top with heavy wire mesh. Babies estimated at 1 week old, left in a warming box on the roof next to the chimney. They told me mom usually returns the first night to get them and move them to another den. When I asked what if she abandons them, I was told they take them to a sanctuary. I'm an animal lover. That's why I called a 'humane' removal company. They handled the babies super well and gently, were careful getting mom out of the chimney. The only thing that bothered me was that the work was done on a Friday and they don't work on the weekends. Which meant they didn't come to retrieve the box (and babies if they were still there) until 3 days later on Monday afternoon. Me being me, I worried about the little critters all weekend. Box was on the roof so I couldn't check on them. If mom didn't retrieve them, they were way too young to go 3 days without food or hydration. In the end, box was empty, mom obviously had them and all was well - and I could catch on up on missed sleep from worrying about them. The guys knew what they were doing. They were professional and quick. I am extremely pleased with that end of things, and the fee was ok with me. That said, I think if they do removals on Friday they need to take the extra step of being prepared to check on them over the weekend 'just in case' they are abandoned. Would be easier on homeowners like me I'm sure and in the cases where babies are abandoned it would give them a better chance. That is my only complaint or issue, other than that it was perfect and many thanks to Grant & Tyler. I would definitely use them again but for my own peace of mind I would be cautious about having removals done on a Friday.

This the first company Skedaddle which I called for free estimation, So Kevin Muller came, he checked our master bedroom, and told he cannot find any bugs, he was so humble and pleasant to talk and he has not charged any thing, I highly recommend this company first call and check as other companies charged for they visit. Thanks Kevin for relieving my tension.

Don't use this company for bed bugs use a small company and ask for temprid It's a rip off. Spent so much money already and I still have bed bugs and its set up so you just keep paying them. Use a small company.
