We are so pleased with our results with Skeddadle. Our camp was infested with mice over three months ago and after Skeddadle's work, we haven't seen a single mouse in the camp. Karl Williams did a thorough assessment and he and Jonathan secured all the entry points. They also added racoon protection and fogged the attic to remove any organic matter. The camp is clean and there isn't any offensive odour. They were very professional and we highly recommend Skeddadle.

We are finally free of mice throughout the house. Skedaddle customer experience was excellent. They were able to diagnose the problem, and provide a variety of solution. We chose to have the house sealed to mice and other pests, with one way doors, allowing the creatures to exit over time and be unable to come back inside. While it took many months for the last mouse to leave, Skedaddle staff were there every step of the way, coming back regularly to check on the progress and ensure that they did not miss any openings. In the end, this system worked and we have no evidence of mice (or rats) for several months now. THANK YOU!

First guy came (James) couldn't find any entryways for the squirrel still charged the $85.00, for what? I don't know. Called them back because I felt robbed, they sent a 2nd guy after a lot of haggling the 2nd guy found entryway within couple of minutes then quoted $650.00 to put a one way door in one spot to let the squirrel get out, this is insane the amount they charge, thats if they find the problem lol if not they still except to get paid (nice gig u got going lol )at least now you know why they don't post prices because there higher than every other company in the region.

I have used this company more than once and for two different houses. I had help with racoons, and sealed off my house from further intrusions. I have now done the same with my new house, with an emphasis on mice, since we know this new community is known for mice and we have seen them. Skedaddle will help remove unwanted critters in your home, and also protect your house from unwanted intrusions by critters and rodents. We feel good knowing we made the right investment. James was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and thorough when he provided us with our quote. Dylan our technician was amazing. He completed the work quickly and it was done well. The call center set up an appointment quickly. We received prompt ,efficient and courteous professional service from Charlie who assessed the situation and gave us our options. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a suspected skunk dig a den under our front porch. Called Skedaddle upon recommendation of the Oakville Humane Society. The inspection by James was timely and professional, as was the work done by Stuart to install a one-way door and screening. What I am not pleased was, this all happened a month ago, and there has been zero follow-up since. The one-way door still remains. It seems that once the credit card charge goes through, the customer service drops off. I was charged a not insubstantial amount of money for basically a 20 minute quote and 2 hours of work. I'm not quite sure what I paid for and wish I had called around for additional quotes, but that's on me.

I was having a severe issue with a rodent of some sort and when I called, Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control was able to send Brad out the very next day. He was able to identify the particular offender (mice) and complete a basic assessment. He even offered to come back again to finish the assessment when I was able to get some clutter taken away from the foundation. When Brad came back he was able to work around my schedule and found all of the issues that could be solved to correct my mouse problem. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants a wildlife issue take care of the first time.

2 years ago .. had a raccoon problem (again)! I Paid a premium to get a service that had a guarantee. This year we had a problem again and called them back for the guarantee. They "walked" the roof and told me their work was still good but because it was a town the Squirrels or "RATS" could be coming in anywhere along with the houses. I called a recommended alternative and they found the spot in 20 mins. The Wire the installed at the intersection of roof and ease was loose and squirrels were pushing it to the side and come in. Attic insulation could be seen

$96 initial inspection then $425 to do job.Well they don't take cash but they do take your credit card number over the phone and charge double.Then email you a unsigned receipt with all the added charges. Then Brandon the that swindled me laughs when I called to question the extra charges .I have the credit card company,the local city councillor,a MPP and the BBB looking into the price gouging scheme this company thrives on.I'm still waiting for the job to be completed.
