Called Corey Lewis from Skeddaddle in Niagara when my home was invaded by red squirrels in the roof, more red squirrels in the pool shed and groundhogs under the pool shed. It was a critter apocolypse Corey came out and inspected right away, gave me some reading material and gave me a diagnosis. He was also refreshingly frank on the cost, effort and likelihood of success in each case. I appreciated his honesty. As a result, I didn't pursue all of the creatures but invested my money in sensible options and it worked Corey was v knowledgeable,described the animals behaviour in an easy to understand way and he did the work quickly, neatly and efficiently. I also appreciated his honesty on not throwing good money after long shot solutions. Highly recommend.

We were so happy with Skedaddle. They came the next day and were so friendly and knowledgable and found all these access points where mice were getting into our home. We had no idea! They came back and spent an entire morning fixing everything! They sealed up any corner or crack where they could get in and put one-way doors on any entry points they found. Their pricing was fair and we were extremely impressed with their service and would highly recommend Skedaddle!

So we had a raccoon birth 3 cubs on an outdoor, not fully enclosed upstairs porch. The quote we got was absolutely ridiculous. $2000 to basically make parts of the roof unaccessible to rodents and small mammals. They do not even relocate the animal, merely encourage it to move elsewhere on your property! For that price there should be a guarantee that no animal will ever live on your property again in your lifetime. We had to pay $73 to get a quote, which is a free service from MANY other companies. We had another company come and relocate the animal far from our home for $300( and no quote fee) but we will purchase a cage if this happens again and do the job ourselves. Will never call Skedaddle again and will tell others our story.

We had squirrels in our attic and mice in the garage. Skedaddle was very efficient in taking care of the situation. They were extremely courteous and flexible. Any phone inquires were always dealt with immediately - again courteous and efficient. A very professional company which I would highly recommend to anyone

I had a critter digging under the porch. Call Skedaddle and they were out within a reasonable time. They called when they were on their way and when the arrived. Explained every thing very clearly. They came up with a solution and price and said they would be there the next morning to do job. I received a call about and hour later saying they could do the job that day. When they were done it was all cleaned and could hardly tell they were even there. Just have to come back and remove the items to make sure the critter is gone. Everyone was very polite. I would use this company again.

The pitter patter of little feet led to our call to Skedaddle. Little critters had made their way into our home and they were not welcome. Skedaddle responded quickly, provided a detail quote, explained all the work and offered some cost saving ideas. The team arrived on time and quickly went to work, completing all work as promised and even a little extra. I would recommend them to anyone with critter problems, their service is professional and fairly priced. They freed our house of the nuisance and reduced the risk of any further incidents.

Skedaddle came to my home in 2011 to mouse roof the house. They were incredible. I paid for the service and they provided me with a warrantee. Over the years, we have had renovations and mice with a dee and burning desire to re-enter my home. They chew new holes, find new gaps from rents and happily party in my house once more. At the first scratch, I call for John, the regional manager who did the first job. Happy as ever, he returns to my home, eagerly seeks out the new hole and checks over every nook and cranny, noticing the reins i forgot to inform him of and verifying that everything is secure. He fixes what needs fixing and checks in on the family. He knows us all quite well. mice as persistent as this, John has never seen, but he stands by his warrantee. I would (and have) recommended their service to other mouse houses. The service, the speed response, the attitude of challenge when the hole is to be found - this all speaks to a company that loves what it does, loves and respects animals of all kinds, and will be in business for years to come.

I want to compliment this company on having the best employee representatives I have had the pleasure to work with, bar none in recent memory. From Laurie that answers the call for help and makes sure to dispatch the technicians, to Adam that came out to inspect my raccoon problem and to especially Stewart Macdonald and Matt that did the actual work. Each were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Stewart and Matt worked diligently in a extremely hot attic and roof. They were very pleasant every time I checked on them. I was impressed that they harnessed in for safety and that your company takes all precautions to teach and require safety rules. They cleaned up the work site and left me better than when they arrived. I felt like I could sit back and let them do their jobs and all would be made right. I owned a business for 25 years and I know the effort it takes to hire the right people. Whatever recruiting program you are using is working. You are hiring some of the best I have seen and I wish they had been available when I was hiring. Please pass on my highest regards to these professionals with my thanks for a great job.

We used Skedaddle to get rid of squirrels that had chewed into our roof. They came out the same day we called and we haven't had a problem since. It wasn't cheap but I wasn't going to climb up on the roof myself. Great service!

The crew at Skeddale completed wildlife prevention for 48 town homes. I could not have asked for a more professional and courtious group of workers. They were fast and reliable, there when they said they would be and really valued my concern with the live removal and safely of any wildlife that may have been found. They even returned and re-located a couple of birds nests and did check ups to make sure that the mom had returned and babies were fine, Would recommend this company fully.
