    Air Conditioning

    Len was amazing. He came on short notice when our air conditioning broke down in the summer. Very honest and quoted a fair price. Would definitely recommend him and would call him for future services without hesitation.

    HVAC Superstars!

    Len and his team were stellar! They were knowledgeable and reliable, and able to quickly diagnose multiple issues with our problematic HVAC system. They went above and beyond to source the equipment and parts we needed (even during lockdown), to ensure the most expeditious and effective outcome. They were personable and a pleasure to deal with.     Furnace Repair and Tankless Hot Water Flush

    Our furnace started to sputter on Saturday morning and through a recommendation I contacted Temp—A-Sure. They contacted me quickly and sent a repairman out. He was able to get the furnace working temporarily and they brought over some space heaters. The motor died and they had us up and running again first thing Monday. Len and his guys were great. And had them flush out tankless hot water system while they were here. Always thankful when you find a company of this quality and level of service.

    Furnace cleaning

    Anthony answered all my questions, showed me the readings for CO2 etc and was friendly and efficient.

    Furnace

    I would strongly recommend Tempasure Inc because of the great service they provided to us. Thanks for Anthony and Adam who come to our house for repair and installation of the new furnace. They both are professional, nice and very organized. Their work is clean and great. Also thanks for Len who is considerate and efficient. Now we are in our warm house in this cold weather.

    Furnace stopped working in the middle of the night

    My furnace stopped working at 2am when the temperatures were -25C. After freezing all night I called Tempasure at 9am to see if someone could come out to fix my furnace. Someone answered my call right away and after placing the request I had a response 5min later from Len who kept in constant touch about the appointment and his arrival. He arrived less than 2 hours later and got my furnace working again! He was super knowledgable, helpful, went the extra mile and was great to deal with. Thanks so much Len & Tempasure!!!

    Replace whole house Humidifier

    Len was quick to respond to my humidifier quote request, explain my options, and answer my questions. He gave us a competitive price and was able to schedule the job within 2 days of my call. Anthony, the installer, was on time, professional, and did the work within the expected time. We've only had the new humidifier for about a week but so far, it seems to be working well.

    New furnace

    Adam was skilled and considerate! Len and Adam helped my pick the right equipment for my home and needs and it was installed in one day. I’m very happy with the finished product!

    Gas line installation (stove and bbq)

    Len coordinated to have Adam come by and have a look at what needed to be done, then provided a quote within a few days after that. Work was completed in a single day, about a week after we first touched base. Will have Adam back to connect the stove and BBQ when they arrive. Very professional, and the work was clean and high quality. Referred to me by a neighbour when replacing our HVAC system last spring, so was happy enough with that experience to have them back for this job. Would recommend, these guys are legit and no BS.
