    Water heater purchase and install

    I connected to Len at Tempasure through Homestars. Len returned my email by phone call within 15 minutes. Len arranged for Adam to come out the next day to install our water heater and provided a quote. Adam was prompt, courteous and professional. He was careful to cover his shoes in our house and rolled out carpets to protect our flooring. He offered suggestions on our current exhaust piping and was kind enough to return our water heater to the rental company. Adam explained the work he completed and showed me how to operate it. I broke a light bulb while Adam was onsite and He even helped me with the cleanup so our dog wouldn’t be injured. Len called the next day to make sure everything went well and to collect payment for the exact amount quoted. We will most likely have to replace our furnace in the next few years, and I would definitely use their services again. I have had 3 water heaters installed at 3 different properties over the last 10 years and this was the smoothest installation I have had.

    FURNACE REPAIR

    Tempasure was one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. They completed the work in a timely manner, explaining all facets of the repair. Most importantly, they left me feeling confident in what they were doing. I feel I can trust this company for any future work

    New furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater

    What sold it for me was the quote process. The quote was detailed and done by the HVAC tech who actually did the install. So I knew what he said and how he answered my questions was legitimate. Some salespeople will tell you what you want to hear and then during the actual install the HVAC tech says it can't be done that way. As a result the install went smoothly and quickly without any surprises. It was not the least expensive quote I received, but the service and products I received were worth every dollar. Len and Adam are true professionals and I would recommend them for anyone needing HVAC work done. Thanks again Len and Adam!

    New furnace and air conditioner

    Our entire experience with Tempasure has been tremendous. Right from the first phone call they have been attentive, knowledgable and accommodating. It was very helpful to have the technician, Adam, do his walk-through to what it was we needed. He didn’t try to upsell us .... but was very honest in discussing what it was he felt we needed. He even noticed we didn’t have a cold air return in the basement. Len was very fair in his pricing and there was no need for any haggling. The most important thing for us is that Adam is the one who did the initial walk around, the installation and will be the technician who services the system. Very neat and respectful to our property and extremely knowledgeable. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

    Water Heater Installation

    I had Tempasure replace my water heater. I had a very positive experience and found them to be very professional. Overall workmanship was good and work was completed as agreed. We'd definately hire them again.

    Emergency Service

    We were caught late Friday night with no heat and in a pretty bad way. Tempasure was quick to answer the phone and try to help remotely before showing up and getting things sorted out. Very professional and very grateful they could make it out so late at night!

    Replace Furnace

    Len responded within minutes of me contacting them regarding a quote, and he was able to come by to give the quote in less than 48 hours. His technician Adam was there by Monday. Knowledgeable, approachable, and efficient. Highly recommend there professionalism.

    Purchase and Installation of High Efficiency Condensing Combination Boiler for Hot Water and Heating

    Tempasure is a great company that we have been using for the past seven years. Len is a terrific guy who really knows his trade. He is very skilled at trouble-shooting and resolving problems. With his company, Len has demonstrated a high degree of competence and reliability. Len's response time is speedy and he is very honest in his quotations and overall operations. We have complete trust in Len. With the installation of our new High Efficiency Combi Boiler, Len promised a Tuesday start date and two days to complete the work for what was a major job. He was true to his word. Len sent his best service and installation person who worked diligently, professionally and in a very pleasant manner until the task was completed. His service/installation person went above the call of duty to move overhead pipes and strategically positioned the boiler unit to maximize space in the room. We love our new Combi Boiler. Over the years we have used many other "bigger" companies to service our water and heating. They simply do not compare to Len's personal and caring attention that he gives us as customers. I cannot recommend this company more highly.
