    Full HVAC Install (furnace, air filter, humidifier, tankless, AC)

    Referred by a colleague. Len was easy to deal with in discussing and scheduling the work, and came by after the job was completed to walk me through the equipment and operating and care instructions. His technician Adam was super knowledgeable and did great work. would recommend using them.

    Tankless water system

    Quality of work was excellent. Friendly and courteous service. A thorough job and cleanup. We are very satisfied with the final product. I would recommend Tempasure if you are interested in great products and service.

    Furnace, Humidifier, Tankless Water Heater.

    Excellent experience with Len and Adam. Len was very helpful determining hardware needs without adding any pre-sales pressure. Len made himself available for any questions/concerns and continued to follow up with me after the install to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the results. Adam, who performed the install, was great, he was also open to answer all of my questions during the install, was very personable and most importantly was excellent at his job. He truly takes pride in making sure the job is done correctly and you can see it in his workmanship. I will definitely recommend Temp-A-Sure to family and friends and will have them back when it is time to replace my air conditioner.

    Infloor heating repair

    After sending photos of our heating system and chatting to Len on the phone about our heating problem, Moe came to the house prepared, and quickly identified the problem. Within 4 days they had sourced a replacement valve and came back to the house to complete the repair. They identified a further issue with our boiler and fixed that quickly during their visit. I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help me better understand how our infloor heating system works. I will not hesitate to use Tempasure again.

    Inspection of heating HVAC, furnace and vents

    Len and Adam are very professional and experienced. We had heating problems and could not figure out by ourselves. Len and Adam spotted the issue and fixed it. They also suggested we should get rid of our zones and change to a 2-stage furnace. We are very satisfied because now we have heating in every room of our house. We have referred them to a couple of our friends. We are lucky to find Len ad Adam and hope you will do so as well.

    Furnace repair

    Len came and helped us out when our furnace motor stopped working, and went above and beyond in helping us get through the cold night. He recently came back because we stopped getting heat, and was both prompt and attentive in ensuring we were looked after. It was a minor fix, which he didn't even charge us for, and he followed up by text to make sure we were satisfied. He's a great contact to have for the future, and I won't think twice about calling him again!

    Fixing hot water tank

    Excellent service. Was able to source some needed parts very efficiently, & found out they were still under warranty! We were kept informed of the issues at all stages. Highly recommend this company.

    Rental Combi boiler unit leaked so we needed a replacement

    We were without hot water for 5 days....after alot of troubles going through Enercare, we decided to go with Len’s team at Tempasure. We found Len to honest and extremely knowledgeable with hydronic flooring and what was required to tie it in with the hot water tank. He guided us through this decision as it was an expensive decision and we wanted to make sure we chose the right company to not screw things up. Moe, his installer, was meticulous with his craftmenship...especially in a tight space. There was no room for errors. They showed up on time, kept us in the loop, and worked diligently to get the job done in a quick timeframe. We were very pleased with Tempasure’s service!

    Furnace replacement

    Fantastic job at a reasonable price in an emergency situation with express turn-around time. Our furnace was tagged and shut down by the other company technician in a very cold weather, Fortunately a knowledgeable friend recommend to talk to Len at Tempassure. Len was able to asses a situation quickly and provided a great solution addressing our airflow problem an replacing the furnace with the much better suited for the size and airflow. The installer, Adam, completed the job in 5 hours the next day and my heating is back, much better than before (runs very quiet, distributes more evenly). Adam did a fantastic job, arrived on time as promised and reinstalled the furnace with additional airflow box underneath to improve circulation. Very clean job, minimal impact on surrounding walls and external stucco. Such a refreshing difference after dealing with the other company for years ... like day and night. Thank you Len and Adam, I am very happy to recommend your services!

    Replace the motor in the furnace

    Received prompt service on the phone. Len was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. So impressed with his work ethics, even phoned the next day to make sure everything was working okay. Couldn’t be happier with the service, highly recommend!!!
