    Furnace Replacement

    Len responded promptly to a no-heat situation which was greatly appreciated in cold weather. He performed a very thorough examination, exploring and explaining various possible causes of the error code preventing the furnace from starting. After 2 hrs he recommended a furnace replacement (vs replacing an expensive part that may or may not fix the situation). The new furnace arrived in a few days and was professionally installed (on a Sunday I may add). Upon removal of the old furnace it was seen that Len's replacement recommendation was correct (replacing part would not have helped). I was impressed by the skill and diligence of him and his team, as well as their ability to explain to me what they were doing. Highly recommend them and their work.

    furnace repair

    We had an awesome repair experience yesterday when our furnace broke. A repairman from Temp A Sure Heating And Air Conditioning came straight away after I called to ask for help. (He was en route into the city!) By 10 a.m., our furnace was repaired and the house began to warm up. He was quick, effective and service-oriented. I highly recommend this company.

    Furnace repair

    I received excellent service for the recent furnace repair we required. The team did their best to squeeze us in for a same day service that was greatly appreciated. They were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and were quick to provide a very simple and much more cost effective solution than I was anticipating (we just needed to replace a filter). I would happily recommend their services to anyone.

    Forced air not coming out of vents in extension

    Top notch service for our furnace. The extension on our house had vents but no air coming out so we were stuck using the in-ground baseboard, which costs a fortune to run. Even the inspector couldn't see a way to get it working. I called Tempasure and Len was immediately on it. He sent Adam to diagnose the problem and within a day we had forced air heating! We couldn't be happier with Tempasure. Highly recommended!

    furnace and fireplace

    these guys were great , they showed up on time, they were neat efficient got everything done and explained every thing they did and how it effected the furnace and fireplace-most importantly my said this is the only contractor she would use again-this means they are grae

    Fantastic service!

    These guys are absolutely fantastic. We lost our heating over Christmas and Adam came out on Boxing day to take a look at the furnace. The service was second to none. He was there exactly when he said he would be, explained exactly what was wrong and how the pricing works. I would highly recommend this company, they are doing everything right and deserve all the success that comes their way.

    Furnace Replacement/Upgrade

    We used Tempasure in the summer to install a gas line to our backyard for our new BBQ, and we knew after that job that we had a new reliable HVAC company that we could count on. For this job, we wanted to replace our 20+ year old furnace for something smaller, quieter, and more efficient. After giving us a quote, Len made himself available for follow-up questions (we had many) by phone and text. He helped us make our decision, and gave us honest and good advice. On install day, Adam did a great job of removing the old furnace and installing the new one. He also was happy to explain and show us what he was doing in layman's terms which we appreciated. It is clear that both Len and Adam take a lot of pride in their work, and the happiness of their customers is their #1 priority. We look forward to using Tempasure for future HVAC jobs in our house and maintenance. We highly recommend Tempasure!

    Condensing Tankless Gas Water Heater Installation

    I originally called Len to service my furnace. His thoughtful additional comments on the details of my home's water heating and cooling equipment led us to hire him to install a new Navien tankless condensing gas water heater to replace our inefficient electric tank rental. I had previously received a quote for water heater replacement from another contractor and I had been prepared to give the job to him, but Len's product assessment and energy efficiency advice convinced me to change course. Adam performed the installation and was courteous and professional throughout (providing a fun-filled day of entertainment for my 16-month old son). He and Len reviewed multiple locations with me and we settled on one that kept my future basement renovation plans in mind. Final installation was clean and organized. We're very pleased with the process as a whole and will certainly consider hiring Tempasure again in the future.

    Furnace replacement

    Len came and diagnosed the problem and within a few days we had a new furnace. His technician was prompt and professional. The installation went smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Tempasure to anyone

    Replacement of boiler

    Both Len who I talked with and Adam who completed the actual installation of the new tankless boiler were great to deal with and I believe I did get value for the $$. My old boiler broke, so I had another repairman 'repair' it. After repairing the old boiler still had other issues. Bottom line was - it shouldn't have been repaired but needed replacing. When I called Len after the fiasco he knew the old unit I had and was clear no point tossing more $$ on it, and price he gave me was competitive with other quote I had. I appreciated that Adam, who did the installation, took the time to answer many questions about both my old boiler and the new one, he ensured installation wouldn't dirty up my place, left the work area clean, etc. Bottom line is that the boiler is installed & price was competitive - so that's as expected with any service provider; but the difference is as per the ratings left her by other reviewers as well - the customer service is excellent. I do expect to recommend Tempasure to others if looking for services, and seek their help in maintaining my AC and other related needs as they come up.
