Combi-boiler installation
Answer from pro:
Thank you so much Shelley for taking the time to write such informative feedback. We appreciate your business and know that it was a large investment and we thank you for working with Tempasure. In regards to the thermostat, like you said above we spoke at great length. At that time, I advised you that it is not a good idea to use a smart (programable) thermostat on this type of (boiler) system. You then explained to me what you wanted to use it for and therefore I understood and was working with you to get this done. I explained at that same time that you would require an electrician to do some wiring work in order for us to install the smart thermostat you wanted installed. The thermostat that we installed was just for now - it was only a temporary as your current thermostat wasn't working. It was installed for the time being so your heat would be working properly until you were able to get the electrician in to do the wiring that your home requires for the thermostat you wanted to use. Once that was completed, and you purchased your programmable thermostat, we were going to come back to connect it for you. This of course was included in the installation of the entire job you hired us to do. I have been available every time you have reached out. As for the condensate pump all high efficiency appliances produce water and we have to remove that condensation mechanically unless there is a floor drain close by - this is standard. Again, thank you so very much for your business. Happy holidays!
