    Emergency AC repair

    AC broke down at night. I called Tempasure at 10:30 pm on a Friday and Len answered on the third ring. He was apologetic that he couldn’t come the same night and was here at 10:00 am Saturday morning. He had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. Unbelievable.

    Super-fast AC Repair

    We cannot say enough good things. When your AC fails during a heat wave you don’t have much to be optimistic about, so we were blown away to have our call answered on the second ring and absolutely floored when he said he could come that afternoon. Needless to say we were over the moon when he arrived AND fixed our unit, all within an hour of when we first picked up the phone. Now, I think we got a little lucky that he had the right part that we needed in his truck. But, having said that, he was still here working on the fix long before others who we contacted at the same time even got back to us. Absolutely recommend!

    Air conditioner

    After some days of having no air conditioning I was fortunate to get in touch with Tempasure. Len contacted me promptly and was extremely helpful in finding a solution to our problem even though it was the week end. Adam arrived and worked quickly and efficiently to get our air conditioning up and running. They are both very professional, competent and courteous, and provide excellent customer service. Adam took the time to explain some things to me and answered my questions. We are very relieved to have had our problem resolved and appreciate the quick and excellent service we received.     Fix A/C

    I received a call within 2 minutes of entering a service request. Len came and was able to diagnose the issue and replace the missing part all very quickly. Our AC was up and running in less than 15 minutes. Great service!

    Air conditioning repair

    It was the hottest long weekend of the summer and of course our air conditioner broke down with a young child. Searched Homestar and called Len because of his previous reviews. He answered on the long weekend and was very pleasant to deal with. Quickly troubleshooted the possible cause and booked an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time and had it repaired within the hour. Great guy and pricing is very fair. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Len.

    Cool fix during hot summer heat!

    The guys with Tempasure were great! Len was quick to respond to our call, which was very much appreciated. We showed him our problem and he was able to diagnose it quickly and properly. Adam came by to do the repairs to our air exchanger unit. We have a small space and the unit was in a difficult to reach place; but Adam attacked the job with a plucky smile. Adam was also a good sport for being on the receiving end of some barking from our little old blind dog. The job was a difficult one and the guys did very well, and at a decent price too! R+E

    Furnace/central air

    From start to finish the experience was great ! Fast and efficient . We felt like Len really took the time to explain the options available. He was always happy to answer our numerous questions. He was knowledgeable in regards to the rebates available as well . The installation was very fast , and the experience with Adam was a pleasure . Top notch business , would recommend to family and friends without a doubt !!!!

    Central Air replacement

    Staff member came on time, assessed the situation, installed a completely new system, identified the likely cause of the old unit's demise, and rectified the problem so it should not occur with the new unit. I'm very grateful for the care.

    Air conditioner

    Len was very professional and upfront about costs. He came on short notice when our air conditioner broke down during the heatwave. He also wore shoe coverings taking care not to dirty our floor/carpet. Would definitely recommend Len!
