    Part replacement on boiler

    No heat is a terrible thing and its even worse when it happens late at night. Temp-A-Sure was one of the three companies I contacted based on Homestars.com reviews and they were the only ones to get back to me! Came to my house late and had a solution for an old and obscure boiler within 24 hours. When the actual fix did happen, tech was polite, fast and informative. Would recommend!

    Hot water tank repair

    Very professional, timelines were exactly as stated, clean/neat/tides up after he was done. Pleasant fellow too. Had boot covers and was consider to keeping our floors clean

    Central air conditioning and heating

    Furnace repair

    Len was great! Was at my home within 3 hours of the call (at the beginning of the window of time he estimated), was very pleasant and knowledgeable and got right to it. His repair was done within the hour and he made recommendations for future care and est. life left in my furnace.

    Boiler breakdown

    I called a few companies in and everyone said I needed to replace the boiler (which would cost 9-10,000). I called TEMPASURE after stumbling across two glowing reviews. They sent Adam within 2 hours and he cleaned my furnace within an hour and had my heat up and running. We had no heat for two days in the middle of winter and TEMPASURE had it up and running in an hour for $180.00. I couldn’t believe it. As a mother of 3 kids and an elderly dog they saved us. I wish I had known about them and called them sooner.

    Furnace repair

    Really appreciated Temp-a-Sure's responsiveness and ability to schedule a call at short notice. Len diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue within minutes. Would definitely recommend.

    New Humidifier & Smart Thermostat installation

    I was in the market for a new whole home humidifier to install and be controlled by a smart thermostat. After much research I decided to call Tempasure and Len was very patient with my never ending questions. Finally we decided on a humidifier that would best work with my home and needs. Adam the tech was pleasant from start to end and took care to minimize any disruption from shoe covers to making sure every last piece was cleaned up. He was very educational and obviously qualified to be in his line of work. The job was done and it was done well with a constant open line of communication. I would use Tempasure again and recommend them to family and friends.

    Water Tank and Furnace replacement

    I suffered the failure of both my water heater and furnace over the holiday period. Len @ Tempasure was accessible despite the holidays and high demand. He was quickly able to provide competitively priced solutions and top notch service. He followed through on details and Adam, the gentlemen who worked in my home, did a great job with the removal of the old and installation of the new. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tempasure to anyone.

    Replaced Furnace

    Great product! Great service! Such a pleasure! Furnace died and Len came and assessed the situation, spoke very well and listened and adjusted his recommendations. No surprises. Len knows his trade. The old furnace was never effective on the 3rd floor. Len suggested two options and the told me what he recommended. No pressure to sell or upsell. His price was more than fair with his product, his service and his attention to detail. He managed the timelines and was so kind to offer and provide us with heaters until the new furnace was not only installed but the house was toasty! The 3rd floor gets toasty now too!!! What a pleasure. His installer, Adam was great too. On time,,did a great job and made sure the furnace was working well before leaving. (Did I mention super tidy too!) Fast follow up.... Len was brilliant. Took care of me like family would. LOL. Will continue to use this company again and for their other services. Really really amazing. Try them. You will NOT be disappointes.
