Alex was very courteous. He provided a unique solution than what other roofers had suggested, for our leaky garage flat roof . His team were very professional and completed the work in the expected time frame.

I would highly recommend Alexim Roofing, Alex & his awesome team completed a flat roof (terrace) for us in Ajax. Coming from Missisauga, they were always on time, work was done professionally and each step I was informed what was happening next. Despite weather challenge, job was completed on time. Alex is a through professional and yet so friendly and was always happy to answer all our questions and we felt very comfortable with his team led by Lester. The Alexim crew arrived at 8:00 am, and after a short consultation with me, immediately set to work. One of my major concern was that a low spot on the roof be properly graded so that water didn't pool there after a rainfall. They very carefully looked after this issue, as a major rainfall the next day demonstrated. All the other work was very carefully completed as was described by Alex on his initial visit. They worked steadily until after 7:00 pm, and completed the work, still carefully attending to details. They even used a blower on the ground around the house to clear away any leaves and small branches that came off the roof when they started. .Alex made a final inspection visit to make sure that everything was completed as planned. I was very pleased with all aspects of the roof replacement.

Alex and his team are experienced professionals. These guys clearly know what they are doing and use superior quality materials to delivers excellent, efficient, quality workmanship. You get what you pay for and pricing is very reasonable given the job they did. We are extremely happy with our new roof, and highly recommend Alex and his team. Alexim are great. The crew (6 guys) showed up on time. They were very respectful of us, and our house. Everyone had a job and did it. The work was little tricky because it had to be done in two stages. No problem. They use this Firestone white rubber roofing. No asphalt, no torches. And its white to reflect heat in the summer. Well worth checking out. Alex is a pleasure to deal with. I had 4 companies come by and he was by far the most impressive. Price was good and one month later no issues. And if there were issues, I am confident that Alex would be here to back up his work. I would strongly recommend you talk to him if you have a flat roof that needs repair.

Great service and really nice person. Was able to fit in my small flat roof repair within a few days. Workers were courteous and clean. I would definitely recommend them.
