Jay and his team at East Pro were outstanding from beginning to end. Professional, understanding, creative, and always available for questions. What I appreciated was the attention to detail and the willingness without hesitation to address any concern. If anything was requested to be touched up or tweaked it was done no questions asked. We had contemplated moving but instead hired East Pro Contracting to complete our main floor renovation this past year, that consisted of removing a bearing wall, new flooring throughout, new kitchen and fireplace surround and more! The team was able to work around some of our requests and were more than accomodating and the finished product was beyond our expectations! The overall management of the project was phenomenal and we would highly recommend their service to friends, family or anyone looking for some home updates!

We are very happy with the job that Jay and his team at East Pro did! Given the pandemic and the fact that we run a business out of our basement, it was not easy logistically. Jay was always communicative and was a pleasure to work with. He helped with the design and many of the aesthetics were his ideas that we fell in love with!

Jay did an amazing job, we are thrilled with how our basement turned out! His attention to detail, professionalism and creativity were very much appreciated. East Pro Contracting Group just completed the renovation of our main floor and we are thrilled with the results. Our main floor renovation consisted of a new custom kitchen, installing tiles and hardwood flooring as well as baseboards and trim throughout and updating our staircase. Ceiling repairs and painting were also done with extensive elecrtrical in kitchen and plumbing work. Communication with Jay throughout the renovation was topnotch, leaving no questions unanswered. He kept us up to date on everything through texts and emails making this renovation as stress free as possible. We would not hesitate to recommend Jay and his team. His project management skills are excellent, he came in on budget and on schedule and the quality of the work from him and his tradesmen was outstanding.

Jay and his team were excellent to work with from the initial consultation visit to the final finishing detail of our kitchen reno project. We had very specific goals given the limited size of our kitchen and Jay was able to meet all of them. Communication was always excellent and clear. Jay is very accessible by phone, email, and text and would often update us on the status of the project. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Ultimately, we ended up with the kitchen we wanted within the budget that was originally outlined. The quality of the work is excellent and we couldn't be happier.

Very happy and satisfied with taking Jay's advice on the type of flooring that would work best and the plaster crown moulding. Jay met the deadline of completing the project. He was professional, affordable and appreciated his attention to detail. Also trustworthy. I will definitely hire Jay again for future projects. Well done!

We recently purchased a rental property and hired Jay and his team to repaint the house and do some minor repairs. I can’t emphasize enough what a pleasure it was to work with Jay! From beginning to end, his professionalism and strong project management skills were evident. We had scheduled work to begin immediate following our closing date, however our closing date was delayed. Jay was extremely understanding of the last minute change, and was able to skillfully manage his crew’s workload to accommodate our new timelines. Midway through the project, we also broadened the scope of work to include some kitchen renovations (new floors, countertop and backsplash). Again, these changes were gracefully accommodated. The scheduling and coordination of the various aspects of the project were seamless (i.e. painting, repair work, plumbing, flooring, countertop, etc). Further, throughout the entire project, communication with Jay was a breeze — communication was clear, responses were quick, and follow-up was reliable! The quality of work also exceeded our expectations. All of the work completed by Jay and his team was beautifully done! And after completing the work, Jay’s team left the house spotless. After the work was complete, our rental ad generated tremendous interest and we had a lease signed within just a few days. I’m sure the ease with which we were able to rent the property was largely a result of the high quality work completed by Jay and his team.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the work Jay and his team provided. We needed some upgrades done prior to listing (full house being painted, fixing trim, granite counters, etc) and he was quick, effectiant and meticulous. Our house was ready in less than 5 days and we sold the first day on the market!!! I have no doubt it’s because of how amazing the house looked thanks to Jay and his team.

We laid flooring in our unfinished (now finished) basement and had our main floor carpet ripped out and replaced with vinyl flooring. J White Contracting a Group was professional, courteous, efficient and super fast! I would highly recommend this team to any of my friends and family!
