    Roof Shingling and siding capping

    We had our roof done a few years ago. Frank was very courteous and friendly to deal with. His team was timely and cleaned up the mess. However, we did have two issues with after work follow up. First, the roofing company he contracted the work to scratched and dented our siding with their ladders. They failed to use any end cap protection. Frank offered to repaint the scratched areas in a few weeks time but never came fo complete it. About a year later after a big rain we had a leak in our roof causing ceiling/wall damage (approx $500) because of a seal not completed on the chimney flashing. Frank did come and fix that and offered to do some additional capping work at cost to make up for the damages we had to get repaired in the house. However, Frank never showed a few weeks later and despite some calls and emails (even for some potential additional work). My initial experience was positive but I wasn't happy about the neglect showing for the promised follow up work.

    Eaves troughs, soffits

    Great work. Very happy with the results. Frank communicated really well throughout giving us updates on progress

    Excellent workmanship. Easy to deal with

    I had new eaves installed and insulation blown in the attic. Arranging quotes and specific time for the jobs was easy. No run around. Very professional. Pleasure to deal with.

    Window Caulking and New Gutters with leaf guard

    I contacted Frank of Halton Exteriors to get an estimate on new gutters and the leaf guard system. As we were discussing my gutters, I learned that Frank’s company also offers a service for caulking, which I was intending on doing, as well. October 1, 2019 Frank, Oleg and an assistant attended my home to start the caulking. Oleg and his assistant completed the project and did a fantastic job! They reviewed all the work they did and cleaned up after they were finished. I was pleasantly surprised to when Frank informed me the caulking is warranted for 10 years, nice! Anyhow, I would recommend Frank and his team if you are looking to have all your windows caulked/vents changed. The stuff the builders use is garbage! Get a professional! Thanks Frank, Oleg and your assistant. I will be doing a separate review once my gutters and leaf guard system is installed.

    Eavestrough Replacement

    We would definitely recommend Halton Exteriors. Communication was excellent and the whole project from start to finish went as planned. Frank and his crew arrived on time , completed the installation in a few hours and left the area spotless. All in all it was a pleasure doing business with them

    New Eavestrough and Down Spouts

    Frank was a pleasure to work with on the quoting and arranging the job. The team were quick and efficient. After a couple of heavy rainstorms I can say that I am very satisfied and sleeping much better knowing that I have a great system in place.

    Eavestrough with leaf guard, downspouts

    They were quick and efficient. Got the work done in a few hours. Totally cleaned up like they weren't even here. Great communication throughout the process.

    Full eavestrough replacement with Fascia

    From the prompt response to our initial contact to the followup call to ensure my satisfaction the entire experience with Halton Exteriors was exceptional. They showed up exactly when they said they would, stayed until they were completely finished and left everything neat and clean. I would highly recommend Halton Exteriors to anyone.

    Eavestrough replacement

    Full replacement of eavestrough. Great overall experience as they were very thorough during the estimate process looking for ways to improve upon the original installation and solve some of the existing issues. Due to the fading and age of the home the colour matching was also not straightforward and they took great care and effort in ensuring the overall best colour match. Installation was exactly as promised and workmanship and clean up were also very good. We had some quotations in the past for this work and none matched this level of professionalism at a competitive price.
