My issues are: leaking downspout at my front porch, broken downspout at my garage and a downspout extension at rear of my house.I saw Frank (Halton exteriors) on Homestars website and contacted him to check it out. Frank is very knowleadgable and passionate with his work. He gave me options/ solutions to choose from before he do the work and explain to me how is he going to do it. He really took the time and it was very good that way that he is not rushing and that he has the time for his customers. He and his crew came back the next day and finish the work/ repair. I highly recommend Halton Exteriors for any of your home renovations. Franks expertise and professionalism shows in the final results. They have taken my mid 1975 house and turned into a 2016+ showpiece. All of the crews were always on time, gave it 100%++ of their time and dedication to exceed my expectations! I have to give out special shout out to the siding crew. Compared to new structures/builds, you definitely see the difference to the qualitative workmanship and appearance the siding crew did on the project. Frank installation of additional siding insulation board & wrap, has already shown the benefits to keeping the house cooler without the need for the AC during last weeks heat wave. The 2nd benefit is the 100%, absolute, reduction of outside noise. Frank went over and above to explain in detail every step of the process along with the pro & cons of going with various product lines. His eye to detail was shown and explained at each stage of the project. He assured there was a clear communication to the installation crew to fulfill our contractual agreement and expectations. The project schedule was completed on target & within budget with absolutely no damage to property or additional clean up required on my end. Everyone worked safe and non disruptive throughout the process. Without a doubt, I will use Halton Exteriors again for my next project and recommend the same to anyone else. In the spring 2015 we discovered a hole in our roof. Frank from Halton Exteriors came out, assessed the situation, explained what he found and provided us with a very competitive quote. Frank made sure that we understood the work that needed to be done and provided us with a variety of colours and levels of product to choose from. Once Franks team had completed the work he took the time to walk the property with us and made sure that we were satisfied with the final product.In 2016 we decided to replace the evestroughs on our home and install a rain barrel. Our first call was to Halton Exteriors. Frank came out with the quote he had previously provided us and we made adjustments as necessary. His team built the evestroughs to flow right into our rain barrel and provided us with the pieces to use for drainage during the winter. The work was done so well that our neighbours hired Halton Exteriors as well!Halton Exteriors is a friendly company who ensure that the work is done correctly and to the customers satisfaction. I will be sure to recommend them to friends, family and neighbours in the future.

We had an odd problem. Our chimney was coming apart and causing a leak in our ceiling. Frank was great to talk to. He listened to the problem and even found another source for the leak which he also fixed. They removed our chimney from the roof to the top of the basement. He and his helper arrived promptly and left the house spotless. I would happily recommend Halton Exteriors and will use them again in the future. Thanks Frank.

During a large landscape project in my backyard, my landscaper identified a problem with my downspouts and gutters. Frank came out right away to deal with the last minute problem. He gave me lots of great input on how to fix the problem and a great quote right away. Even better Frank and his team were able to accommodate my crazy schedule request. I have absolutely NO hesitation in highly recommending Halton Exteriors for first-class quality workmanship. Following my review of estimates from two other competitors, I hired Halton Exteriors for the installation of eavestroughs on both levels of my two-storey house and garage in Burlington ON. It was a pleasure dealing with owner/manager Frank, who offered alternative options at reasonable cost and on a very timely basis. He ensures that he is readily available for consultation, and is very prompt in following through. Frank’s experience and overall knowledge is evident not only by such helpful suggestions, but also in his organizing a highly professional and efficient work team that produces top-notch results in fast order. The team of three dedicated installers, headed by jovial Sean, was fully focused on the job, with absolutely no time spent on cellphones or smoking. I could have proceeded with a lower cost estimate, but you get what you pay for, and the quality and workmanship of Sean’s team is nothing less than superior. Frank has hired truly reliable workmen who obviously take pride in their work. Upon completion of the job, my property was left as clean and tidy in appearance as before the work began. Besides revising the arrangement of the original eavestroughs to a more functional and appealing routing for the new eavestroughs, Frank also provided me with a reasonable cost estimate to have my garage door framed with matching aluminum capping at the same time. The total job was completed in one day within six hours, resulting in much improved curb appeal of my home, having perfectly matched the colour of the metal to that of the siding of my house. Upon completion of the job, Frank came by and reviewed the overall job, ensuring that I was pleased with the results. One can rest assured that Halton Exteriors is owned and managed with the utmost integrity by one who is highly respected by his very professional team of installers.

We hired Halton Exteriors to replace all the eavestroughs around our home as the original 28 year old eavestroughs were not in good shape. When Frank came to do measurements, he patiently explained various details to me and listened to our needs. Frank scheduled us promptly, was good with his follow-up and his 2 workers were pleasant and cleaned up well after the job. The job was done well and in less than a day. After the job was done, we decided we wanted to add 2 downspouts and Frank quickly had these added on for us, which was great.
