I was having some issues with switch on my gas fireplace and decided to get it fixed last fall. A google search led me to Capital Home Comfort. I sent an email and within a very short period of time I had an appointment booked and the switch was fixed. While they were here, I asked about having my 18 year old furnace replaced. I received some good advice on furnaces with absolutely no pressure to buy anything in particular. I chose the model that was suggested to me and had arranged installation within a few days. The workers arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The area was left cleaner than when they started. In the spring, I decided to also have the air conditioner replaced so I contacted Capital Home Comfort again. Over the phone, we selected a model (again no pressure) and an installation date. The guys showed up exactly when expected and replaced the air conditioner quite fast. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their critical home comfort systems fixed, replaced or upgraded.

My A/C failed on a Sunday and Capital Home Comfort happened to be next door servicing my neighbours A/C. Without complaint, the Capital Home Comfort tech stopped by after he finished working on my neighbours unit, and took a look at ours. As our unit need to be replaced - which was not unexpected - Capital Home Comfort provided us with numerous replacement options at very competitive prices, and fit us into a busy install schedule a week later. Install went very smoothly, and was carried out extremely professionally. I have no hesitation recommending Capital Home Comfort.

This was an incredible experience from beginning to end. It started when our furnace broke down and it wasn't worth fixing as it was already 19 years old. We got several quotes but we were most impressed with the salesman from Capital Home Comfort. He took his time to explain all our options and didn't feel pushy for a second. When we inquired after the fact with a few more questions, he was extremely prompt in answering us. The quote was also among the lowest we received and they sold us premium equipment. The next day, the technicians came on time and they were very polite and clean. They rolled out mats before they started. They were quick and efficient and took the time to explain everything before they left. I think they left the basement cleaner than they found it! Overall great job! We will refer them to all our friends and family.
