    Outstanding service and work

    This is the second project I've taken on with Slava at Canada Waterproofers...and the second time I've been completely satisfied with the service I received. Slava's work is not only excellent, but the whole process was on time, on budget and transparent from start to finish. He also provided a detailed explanation with photos of the job, so you know exactly what was completed. You will never hire a more honest and kind (and fair) drain person. Thank you so much for your wonderful and reliable help Slava!

    Bathroom leaks

    Called Canada Waterproofers based on their positive reviews on Homestars. Got a call back from a Pro almost immediately. Valentin was the same pro that I had read such positive reviews about. He was very prompt and knowledgeable and took the time to inspect my bathrooms and fixed all the leaks on the spot. He also ordered the necessary parts needed for a fix in my master bath shower. We are very happy with his service and would highly recommend Canada Waterproofers.

    Exterior waterproofing and plumbing repair

    Canada Waterproofers' work was excellent. The team was professional and efficient (the job was completed in two very long days) and they responded promptly to a couple of issues we had (a small area subsiding and missing window well covers). Their plumber Borys is also outstanding; in a separate job, he quickly identified and fixed a leak from a bathroom shower into the garage. Definitely recommended for both waterproofing and plumbing ! FOLLOW-UP, May 2022 --plumber Val (I got his name wrong above) came to replace some very old (1957) shower faucets for us. A diffcult job requiring pipe replacement but he cheerfully went above and beyond. Excellent. Another 10 star rating.

    Excellent Service

    We were having an issue with a shower leak from our second floor bathroom. Val responded to our request promptly and came to our home the next day. He investigated the issue, providing an excellent explanation of what was happening. He also took a look at an additional problem we were having in another bathroom which he diagnosed quickly, again with an excellent explanation. He fixed both issues very quickly.     Basement leakage

    After many attempts to find a reputable company to fix the on-going basement leaks in our home, we can’t say enough about the positive experience in dealing with Canada Waterproofers. From my initial conversation with Carl, we knew we would be in good hands with this company. Carl responded to all texts and phone calls promptly. He was professional, helpful and easy to get along with. More importantly, he did not make me spend more money than needed. Val and on site staff were excellent and pleasure to deal with. They were very pleasant and never shied away from any of our questions regarding the work in progress. Above all, the on-site crew was neat. They covered everything before commencing the work and clean up when everything was done. Canada Waterproofers exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend the company if you have any water leakage issues in the envelope of your home.

    Perfect

    Highly recommend Canada Waterproofers. Val is awesome! Very meticulous, neat and professional. He will be forever my go-to plumber guy and will refer to all my friends and family. Thumbs up!

    Plumbing Issues

    Borys came to fix a leaky toilet and check our sump pumps. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Borys is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him and Canada Waterproofers.

    Shower leek

    I had a professional gentleman come to my house named Valentine . He wore a mask, was very thorough and explained very clearly the issues and my options. The last person I had check this issue was so quick to assess and did not fix the the problem. I would definitely recommend Home Stars for my home needs.

    professional

    Val has come to our house twice for various plumbing services. he is a good communicator, hard worker and we have always been please with the finished products. Will definitely call again as needs arise.

    Job not completed

    My experience started very well from responding to my call to coming to do an estimate. Although I got a cheaper quote from another company but I chose Canada Waterproofing based on their review. They did a clean job and if I am stopping my review here I would have given them 10 stars BUT since the ground they filled has given in because of the rain AND I have been chasing them since September 10 and only getting promises and nothing else After my review was posted I found out that the rep that I was dealing with is not with the company anymore and I received a call fro Carl the owner of the company. He apologized for the experience I had and fixed the issue right away This is what you expect from a company that has a good reputation and a management that cares about their customers. Thank you Carl and you now have a customer for life and a preacher of your sevices to everyone who is looking for a waterproofing
