    Great job and follow up

    High quality, punctual, professional and reasonably priced service for a second time. Jobs have included installation of an automatic water shut off valve, and installation of indoor/outdoor valves and vacuum breaker. I’ll definitely use them again. Update: thank you Valentin for following up and answering questions. So hard to find such a responsible people this days.

    Valve installation

    Valentin was exceptional, he went above and beyond to do the job. We would highly recommend him to our friends. He also answered many other questions we had, we will certainly call him again

    Various Plumming Repairs

    We've used Canada Waterproofers both for exterior waterproofing and plumming over the years and have always been very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. We had a few jobs that needed to be done - blocked toiled drain, installing a P-trap with vent on laundry drain, replacing leaking faucet. Valentyn came right on time and fixed everything for us. His professionalism and attention to detail were impeccable. I highly recommend this company.

    shower leak

    We noticed one morning that our kitchen ceiling was dripping from the bathroom above. We called Canada Waterproofers, and Valentin called back within an hour and he arrived within 2 hours! He quickly diagnosed the problem that our shower drain was leaking. He fixed it well and the leak was immediately gone. Valentin was thorough, professional, and we are very pleased with the work that he did. Thank you.

    Great service for plumbing work in the house

    Valentyn did a great job in diagnosing the issue around the guest room toilet which was making a hissing sound and water leaking inside the tank. He fixed the issue quickly and great quality work. Highly recommend Canada Water Proofers

    Sump pump replacement

    Great work by Valentyn who is knowledgeable, courteous and easy to communicate with. He arrived on time and got right to work, replacing our aging sump pump and installing a check value, next replacing a fill valve in our toilet. I would not hesitate to call again for any future issues. Thank you Canada Waterproofers.

    Foundation Crack

    Having found water a number of times over the years, in one part of our basement, we finally pinpointed the issue to a foundation crack. We got a number of quotes but found that Canada Waterproofers were prompt, professional and looked to provide excellent value for the money. Slava came out to insect and quote. He provided a thorough explanation of the options, and the methods, process and timing should we go ahead with them. We had to move our Outside AC unit to get at the crack, and Slava recommended an excellent resource, who also was extremely prompt and professional. Arriving to perform the work in the timeframe they said they would, Canada Waterproofers's employees, Dimitri and Dimitri, worked extremely hard and meticulously, never leaving the job site until it was completely finished, and to our 100% satisfaction.

    Sump pump battery backup installation

    We needed to get a split pipe repaired, and a pair of sump pump battery backups installed. Valentin was very thorough and professional, and even corrected the slope on the split pipe to avoid any future problems. Great job all around.

    Plumbing

    I selected Canada Waterproofers for my project and Valentin called me within minutes of the selection, even though it was late in the evening. Due to the pandemic, we had to exchange several texts regarding the scheduling of the repair. Throughout our messaging, he was extremely helpful and courteous and patient while we both dealt with the chaos of pandemic protocol. Finally the service call was scheduled. Repair was done properly. Him and Canada Waterproofers would be my go to person in the future for any plumbing needs.

    Follow up and Duty of Care

    We had our basement underpinned in Toronto with Carl and his crew 3 years ago. Recently we had a storm and the back up battery for the sump pump Canada Waterproofers installed didn't work. Carl came out within a couple of days to look at it and it was a simple fuse. He also noticed that we had a leak in our waterline and advised that he had a plumber that could fix it for us. Valentin his plumber called me in the evening, booked an appointment, confirmed his appointment and fixed our issue promptly and efficiently. Even after three years, this company can still exceed my expectations. Thanks guys, Rob and Jen
