    Great Job

    Valentin Came over to fix my in-wall water shut-off, he did a very good job, unlike other plumbers I've worked with in the past he was very clean, left the work area very clean, brought in with him great quality material, he was wearing all the protective gear for COVID and to keeo the house clean. I would recommend him to anyone need a professional job done.

    Very reliable company with great service.

    I found Canada Waterproofers by looking at reviews and am very glad I chose them! Valentin arrived on time, he was very professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain the work and answer all my questions. Shower faucet replacement was a bit complicated, but Valentin was resourceful in finding the part needed to complete the job. I had three faucets replaced and all plumbing connections checked. I'm very happy with the service and will definitely recommend Canada Waterproofers and will use their services in the future myself! Very reliable Company and Valentin was amazing! Thank you!

    Leaking Pipe

    This company comes highly recommended. I was very surprised at how I was able to get service very quickly (same day). I was also surprised that there was someone on the phone that I could actually speak to not just a voice recording. Borris was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to assess the problem and fix it quickly. I will absolutely use Boris again. Highly recommended! Job well done!!.

    Wet Basement Waterproofing

    I have a leak in the basement. I found Canada Waterproofers with very good reviews in Homestars. Carl responded my call in a speedy manner and he found the leaks to my basement. Two members of his team came over on schedule early morning and they finished the job in two full days. The service was excellent from start to finish and they left the place clean. The price is reasonable with lifetime warranty. I highly recommend to anyone who need this service.

    Change of kitchen, shower and bathroom faucets.

    I found Canada Waterproofers by looking at reviews and am very glad I chose them!     Great company in GTA

    This is second time i have used Canada Waterproofers to work on several plumbing issues in my house including reattaching my kitchen faucet, repairing a damaged drain assembly and reattaching the water line to my refrigerator’s ice maker. I also had Boris take a look at my bathroom, which had its own drainage issues, and he cleaned out a clogged pipe there. From the very first communication to the job’s completion, I found Boris to be a true professional. He provided answers to the problems and explanationed the solutions employed. He was as on time, easy to communicate with, and his pricing was reasonable. Best of all, he stands by his work. I’ll definitely be keeping Canada Waterproofers in mind for future plumbing and other maintenance/home improvement projects.

    Basement Waterproofing & Sump Pump Installation

    We hired Carl and his team complete interior waterproofing system in our basement a few months ago. He did a site visit, answered all of our questions, and provided us with a few options to choose from. Work was completed, but we did run into an issue with one of his staff (that is no longer working for him) who tried to take a shortcut on the job that could've resulted in a horrific installation. Thankfully, Carl worked with us very closely to immediately rectify the situation. He showed up the next day to review the work, came to check-up on his staff multiple times throughout the rest of the install and finished the job as promised. Things like this can happen, but I was very impressed with his ability to deal with the situation quickly and make sure we were beyond satisfied with the work. He also went outside of his scope to help us with some other issues we ran into throughout the job. This can be a messy job, but Carl and his team helped us out and we've been water-free for a few months & counting. He's honest, reliable, and a great communicator. I would not hesitate to call Carl back to help us with any future work!

    Waterproofing

    Slava and his team were extremely professional and completed the job on time and as quoted. Slava responded to all my questions immediately and was very knowledgeable about what was required to solve the problem. We are completely satisfied with their work and would definitely use them again if/when required.

    Great work!

    This is the second time in about six months we used Canada Waterproofers. They did out front in the fall and the back in the spring. Both times, Slava was very responsive and his team worked hard - all day! Both times, they also left the job site clean and in good order. I recommended Canadian Waterproofers to my neighbour across the street and she was equally impressed with their work and how tidy they left the job site. I would definitely recommend this company for waterproofing work. They are honest, hard working and fair. The price listed above includes GST.

    Basement Waterproofing & Sum Pump installation

    It pays to go with a well-reviewed company. I'm happy with the service. I found some water in the basement after a heavy downpour so decided to deal with it before it became a bigger problem. I called in for three quotes - from the get-go I had more trust in Canada Waterproofers than in others (one came in cheaper - but was recommending interior waterproofing, it was problematic; the other initially came in with fancy brochures and videos and a higher initial quote - though wanted to match the price). So - no fuss: - Carl initially told me what needed to be done, how much it'd cost - quote was more than competitive with others; then - scheduled the work, crew completed it in good time - patched up some holes found after the dig in the outside wall, installed the pump on the inside, answered any questions I had - Carl was responding promptly for any follow up questions I had - including for pictures of the excavation and after - They provided me with all the paperwork needed to complete a refund from the city for the sump pump - When I had an unrelated (different wall) issue a few months later - came in and gave me advice at no charge (embarrassingly I didn't notice one of the downspouts got dislocated and water accumulated on that wall - so seems reasonable to just deal with that rather than waterproofing the entire wall) Anyways, I'm glad I didn't deal with either one of the competitors - I'd recommend and stick with Canada Waterproofers.
