We've used CWP three times now, with each time being about as smooth, reasonably priced and perfect service as possible!
This last time we had the cartridge in our shower break which meant our only shower was unusable. We called multiple companies like we always do, but CWP answered the dispatch within five minutes and offered to be onsite within a few hours or first thing the next morning. All others hadn't even called us back yet, or told us we'd have to wait days for what was an emergency.
Borys came the next morning first thing as committed. He came with all required parts, finished his work quickly and efficiently. He was very respectful of the current Covid situation.... He wore PPE (hands, face and shoes), and was incredibly careful in what he touched (he let us know the one place he had touched by accident so we could disinfect it). The work was perfectly completed and we've been great since.
We've also used PWC to re caulk our bath (we though we had a leak, but it was just caulking). We also had flooding in our basement about two years ago and CWP came within a few days, dug out a new window well, water proofed that part of the outside of the house and installed a sum pump. Those other two jobs were priced reasonably, completed on time and the work was top notch.
CWP has been incredible to work with and they have 100% of our plumbing / waterproofing business for life!
