    Shower Room Leak Water Damage

    We had a mysterious water leak from the bathroom upstairs into the living room downstairs. Contacted a few plumbers from HomeStar and decided to ask Borys to come in. He did a fantastic job investigating the possible causes in a very efficient manner, found the cause of the leak and fixed the problem. The hardest part of the job was to identify where the leak was, Borys found it within an hour. Not only the price was reasonable compared to the others, he was very responsible and cared about the quality of his work. I would recommend him to anyone who's looking for a honest and responsible plumber.

    Drain issue fixed!

    This company is great! Went above and beyond what they had to do to fix my drainage problem and leak. Borys was great to work with very professional. Would recommend this company to everyone who needs plumbing help.

    Plumbing repair

    Borys was very reliable, polite, hard-working and efficient. He did good job finding and fixing my leak and made sure it done wright. I would recommend him and Canada Waterproofers to everyone needing good service.

    Sewage backup, blockage in sewer line.

    Slava, Alex and their Team were amazing. They fixed our problem, while keeping our house as clean as possible, for such a messy job. Very impressed by their professionalism. Their price was also very good. We would definately recommend. Great job guys!

    Honest and knowledgeable

    I had a leak in my basement. Slava came punctually the next day. He shared his expertise on my situation. He told me I had an eaves trough problem. His honesty and general knowledge was much appreciated.

    Solid work by solid team .. would recommend

    Slava and his team did a great job on fixing our house from a previous patch job. Came in, consulted and fixed the patch job from previous contractor. Now we have no issues. Courteous friendly and hardworking

    Great Service, Very Satisfied.

    I first read the ratings here and obtained a quote from the top company and from Canada Waterproofers. I initially went with the top company as they had the better presentation. Canada Waterproofers had a less polished presentation but I was impressed by the sincerity of their rep – Slava as well as having the lesser quote. After numerous delays and tardy call backs by the initially selected top company, I decided to revert to Canada Waterproofers and I am very glad I did. They were very responsive and catered to all of my concerns. They conducted themselves very professionally and did an extraordinary job. Slava was very knowledgeable and explained everything throughout the process. All of my neighbours were also impressed. Additionally, I requested a 25-year transferable warranty which they provided. I would definitely highly recommend them.

    Basement leak under the front entrance ( in the cantina room )

    From meeting Carl and getting a great quote to the day they came to do the job, these guys are great. Very professional, and do the job correctly with the correct materials. No skipping corners. My father stopped by when they were doing the job and he was extremely impressed. I usually don't go on line and give reviews but these guys and this company deserve it. I will be recommending you guys to all my family and friends. Thanks Vlad

    Plumbing project

    Canada Waterproofers is awesome company with great pricing! Borys came out for an estimate but was so knowledgeable we decided to have him do the job. He was able to fix our issue as well as install our new faucet right then. Fantastic response time to our initial query and fair pricing. Would recommend to everyone!

    basement leak repair

    First of all, Slava accurately diagnosed the source of the basement water leak: a crack in the brickwork extending down to the foundation. His crew was remarkably polite and respectful, unusual for home repair workers. The repair was completed efficiently and before the expected completion time.
