    Basement Interior Waterproofing

    From the first phone call to the office to the end of the job, this company was a pleasure to do business with. Slava originally came and quoted for interior waterproofing and as he is one of the owners, I liked dealing directly with him rather than a sales rep as some of the other companies have. He showed up when he said he would and was very accommodating with some of my schedule changes as I was also dealing with an insurance company. He was also back and forth onsite checking the job although his crew was very efficient and knew what they were doing. The crew was friendly, polite and very respectful of my property and since it was interior waterproofing, I very much appreciated that. I would highly recommend this company!

    Leaky filtration system

    Beyond professional and I will be using them for all future needs. They were prompt and understood my situation which was an emergency(water filtration system leak). Boris was awesome he came within two hours and fixed that all for me. Everyone from Boris to the person I spoke with on the phone was great and understanding of my situation. Price was beyond fair. Like I said we will def be using them for all future work.

    Kitchen faucet and valves

    Boris was polite, efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. The office staff was considerate (calling to let me know Boris was ahead of schedule in arriving and asking if that was okay. Cost of a bit more than I expected but as my husband had tried to fix the problem but couldn't, it was necessary to call in the professionals. I would recommend this company to everyone.

    Valve installation

    Canada Waterproofers were very quick to respond to my request for service. The office lady Cory telephoned and confirmed the appointment time. The necessary work was done in one visit by tech named Boris. I was very happy to have my hose valve installed. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

    Shower faucet replacement and more

    They were very professional. Boris, technician who came out was very helpful and accommodating - I am recovering from knee surgery, he cleaned up and swept before he left. I never had this level of service before. I am also very satisfied with the service provided.

    Leak fixing

    Slava and Boris came out and did a very nice job. They had great customer service as well as they were professional and friendly. Boris also provided us with other useful information to use in the future! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

    interior sewage pipe repair

    We recently had a sewage backup at a rental property. I called Canada Waterproofers and they looked into the pipes with a camera and found tree roots in the partially collapsed clay pipe. Workers came the next day as my situation was an emergency, and dug up the basement floor to replace the pipe. I was very happy with the reasonable price and quick service. I had a much higher quote from the plumber I originally called to clear the drain. I highly recommend them.

    Waterproofing Basement

    CANADAWATERPROOFERS waterproofed my basement expertly. They excavated the area between my home and my neighbour’s. They applied different coatings and fibre mesh, 4 mill poly, and a membrane and ended with finishing moulding. It looks great. I was so pleased that I decided to hire them to complete another home project. I will recommend them to my neighbours.

    Great work--on time, on budget, and impeccable

    My basement was flooding repeatedly. I finally hired Canada Waterproofers. They were great. Can when they said they would, worked efficiently and solved my problem. My basement is dry. And when the pipe leading out of the sump pump was causing a slight problem, it was fixed right away and I wasn't charged. They are great!

    Warranty follow up

    We had Canada Waterproofers repair are foundation and replace our weeping tile about a year ago. The team was fantastic. We were thrilled with the job done. My wife noticed during two really heavy rain storms a little water came into the laundry room. We contacted Canada Waterproofers. Slava was out a day or two later too inspect the problem. We ran a garden hose for about a half hour along the area. No sign of a leak. He suspected it colg be our eaves through be overwhelmed the the water running down a vent pipe. He said he would however send hi guys over to dig and double check and also extend an interior waterproofing membrane. They were out Saturday morning courteous and hard working. They finished in a couple hours. Now that’s great follow up service!! Thank you Slava for you excellent warranty and pride in your workmanship.
