I found Distinctive when walking my dog and coming across a lawn sign in the area. I googled and then found them on here with only positive reviews. I contacted them and received a response by the next day from Grayson and within a week I had my new Insert installed at a time that was convenient for me. I would highly recommend Grayson and his staff for their professionalism and reasonable rates.

The service and installation were outstanding. Appreciated very much working with Grayson. Phone calls were always returned, delivery time was exact. Would and have recommended him in a heartbeat. The finished product is just beautiful and we are extremely pleased.

Grayson and Alex are very professional, they arrived on time, with the correct full glass inserts. They installed and cleaned everything up within 45 minutes. Grayson and his team at Distinctive Glass Inserts did a fantastic job installing my front window insert. They were on-time for their appointment (which based on past appointments with other contractors was not true), they did an efficient installation, and they left the place spotless. I have recommended Grayson and his team to my family members, and would not hesitate to tell others about the great work they did!

Outstanding experience. Punctual, professional and honest. After our insert was installed Grayson pointed out a small scratch in the glass. Without hesitation he offered to replace it within 48hrs. He genuinely wanted us to be 100% happy and you can tell he takes pride in his business. Super nice guy. We also liked that he personally comes out to do the install and he stands behind his products with a great warranty. The insert looks really nice and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!
