I normally don't bother to do reviews, but I just had to in this case. Grayson and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. Responsive, efficient, showed up on time (early in fact), very professional AND cleaned up after themselves!! They installed absolutely STUNNING front door inserts, at a very competitive price. The pride in their level of customer service and workmanship is outstanding! You can shop around, but you'll come back to Distinctive--they get the job done right and you won't find a better price for the quality of work they do! We are very pleased with the unique design for the glass inserts and transom for our front door. I had been looking for someone who would provide me with a somewhat custom design with clear glass and wrought iron design for quite some time. Grayson promptly responded to my inquiries, came to our home and custom designed the inserts. Once we confirmed the designed, they were custom made and installed ... and they look beautiful!

WOW! I am thrilled with my new Glass Insert. I keep thinking I have left my hall light on due to the amount of light that now flows through my front entrance. Grayson and Alex are professional and polite. Their attention to detail and the quality of the job and products exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended them to family and friends. Love it!

10/10 So glad I decided to leave it to the pros. I had been putting off changing out my door inserts because of the poor selection at the box stores. A friend visited HomeStars and was getting her doors done by this company. I am very happy with the prompt, courteous and professional work that Grayson and his team did on my front door and upper deck door. It makes such a difference in the look of my home. Elegance with more lighting streaming in the house. I highly recommend them for your door insert job.

From my initial inquiry online, responses were received within the hour. My wife and I landed on the the Port Union design and all questions were answered without hesitation. Our main door insert was a bit smaller, however, Grayson simply cut around to ensure a seamless fit. We did go with the black frame which was $25 extra (included in the 649 total price) . The look is simply outstanding. Net: Service is brilliant, Professionalism is outstanding, Product is superior. Good birthday present for my wife!

Grayson, The owner of Distinctive Glass Inserts came to my home to give me a quote on a glass door insert and sidelight. He was personable and professional! Needless to say he got the job! On the day of the install, Grayson and his employee were punctual. He delivered and installed the beautiful inserts and cleaned up spotlessly after they were done! I am thoroughly impressed with the product it looks very classy and adds a look of distinction to my front entrance! My door is now a statement piece thanks to Grayson!
