The guys were ontime for installation. They came in and lined the front door with mats. The two guys were very professional and the job was done right! Very happy with the installation!! Would recommend using this company.

Grayson just installed new wrought iron inserts in my front door, along with a peep hole and additional lock and was great to work with. He was always on time for appointments, responded to my questions quickly and was very reasonable in terms of pricing. He was able to come by and provide a quote shortly after I contacted him and the installation process was great. Even better, he ensured that he cleaned up my foyer and porch after he was done! We are thrilled with our new doors and the work of Distinctive Glass Inserts. The amount of light that comes into our home now is amazing and the appearance of the doors has added more curb appeal and value to our home. When we called Distinctive Glass Inserts we received prompt response. Grayson provided recommendations for glass inserts and door hardware that was fitting the style of our home and location. He was very thorough in explaining the process and details of work including weather stripping, hinges etc. Grayson was nice to follow-up a few days later to explore if we had any outstanding questions having had some time to consider. Once we ordred, getting measurements done and the turn around time for product delivery and install was very fast. Installation was a smooth process done in less than 3 hours and the work area was left clean. The quality of work and service was excellent. While we still want to complete the look with a fresh coat of paint we have received numerous compliments on the doors from friends and guests; in fact I don't think anyone has come to our door and not commented positively! I actually had an appointment with another company to install my wrought iron for my double doors and transom. While i was waiting I gave Grayson a call for another opinion because I was not very impressed with the other company to handle the timing of my appointment. After a short conversation with Grayson I decided to switch the project to Grayson. Grayson was very pleasant, friendly and professional to deal with. I had to wait a few week for my special order with the transom but it was worth the wait. He has transformed my door way into a piece of art and left my house with no mess at all. Showed up on time, with all materials, and completed work in less than 2 hours. And vacuumed all debris - so professional and clean!! Inserts are gorgeous and let in so much light - easy and affordable way to update house and increase curb appeal. Highly recommend Grayson!

Grayson from Distinctive glass saved me from buying new inserts! My doorlite frames warped and cracked from the sun. No hardware store could help me. Their solution was to buy new glass and use the trim that come with it to replace the warped trim. I called Grayson and he came the next day and changed them for me.
