    year round maintenance

    I will start with the positives: - They are priced very competitively - IN THE SUMMER they come every week and mostly on the week day that they have scheduled for you The negatives: - I think (and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt) they have taken more contracts than they are equipped to handle. The quality and punctuality of their work has been declining consistently since 3 years ago when I started with them. During one of the snow storms, they got to us 20h after and during the last storm they got to us at midnight. I missed a Dr.s appointment and had to clear the driveway myself ... which did not help the shoulder pain that I was going to the Dr. for. - When you call them, you are connected to a call centre that doesn't know anything about anything and is basically a voicemail with human emotions. During the last storm when we called and asked them to come help us sooner because of the Dr.'s appointment, they were very dismissive and rude, and basically told us that everyone needs help and that they were gonna hang up on us ( and no we were not rude to them in any shape of form) - As for lawn maintenance, I have had to reseed areas of my lawn MULTIPLE times because they decided to mow the lawn using the big machine that you ride on after 3 days of rain ( you are suppose to use the lightest machine to avoid pulling out chunks of the lawn)

We try to strive at being the best we can be. I would like to take a moment and apologize on behalf of me and my crew,we have all dealt with issues over the last few years as you are well aware of,it has not been easy example:covid,lockdowns,supply shortages and employee attendance along with that unusual snowfalls. We have done our best to keep up but unfortunatly due to know fault of our own we did fall behind. Example: #2 The last snow storm took 36 hours with multiple crews as it was not a typical storm. On average we have maintained our obligations as per contracts,but when you get 30 plus cm of wet snow(not normal)it is impossible to maintain said hours stated in the contracts.     Do not recommend them!

    These people clean one backyard and blow all garbage to the backyards around. They don't think too much, just rush-rush- rush. Then you have a lot of problems with your neighbors. Don't recommend this company for cleaning your backyards and gardens.

    Some backyard cement work

    Gave me an estimate (Which I received) Asked for a down payment Gave them an e-transfer Have not heard from them since

    Yard clean up

    I needed a quick turn around on a full yard cleanup. Dimita and Simple Solutions came to the rescue. She was quick to respond, provide a quote, and complete the job. It was a large job, and took several hours. I was impressed with the efficiency and hard work that went into getting the job done.     Lawn Replacement

    I recently hired Simple Solutions to replace my front lawn. Brian and his wife did an awesome job and I'm totally delighted with the outcome. They were friendly, professional and delivered as promised. I was very impressed by their hard work and the way they cleaned up my property and the surrounding areas.     Lawn Replacement

    After 30 years, we decided to have our front lawn replaced. We made one call to a local Lawn producer and we were referred to Simple Solutions. Brian was gracious enough to drop by that weekend to see the job. The next day we received the quote and we quickly agreed to proceed. No need to secure other quotes. Brian was very professional and the work reflected the same. We agreed on a date, and he delivered in spades. The lawn looks beautiful. Thank you to your team for their hard work and getting the job done in a timely manner. Best of luck with those that stopped by to see your work.

    Front lawn replacement

    In early Summer we decided to have our front lawn replaced and some shrubs planted. This was just a small job. Simple Solutions Landscaping promptly replied to our inquiry. Brian came to see the site and provided the estimate. We asked to have the project done in Fall. It was completed in mid September as planned. We are very pleased with the work done and the attention paid to the details. We recommended this company to our neighbor. We appreciate the honesty and good working ethics.

    Landscaping - grading, sodding, building garden beds

    Simple Solutions helped us rebuild our garden which included grading, sodding and creating ten beds at varying heights. Brian took the time to understand our vision, which was complex. He checked with us after each stage to make sure that he was achieving our plans and he preserved as much as possible the existing garden plants. I found him to be professional, responsive and a clear communicator who understood that a garden is more than a landscaping “job”. I would not for a second hesitate to hire Simple Solutions again.

    Lawn resodding

    Excellent work by Brian and his team in resodding front and back lawns , adding river rock beside the driveway and sprucing up the gardens. Looks great and I would definitely hire them again.

    landscaping front yard

    Brian and his crew did a terrific job on the front yard. They pulled up all the grass, dug a border and lined it with beautiful stone and added soil and cedar mulch. The stone he recommended was perfect and it looks a lot better than I had even imagined. Also started the work when he said he would and finished it faster, despite the sweltering heat. We're very happy with the result! thank you, Brian.
