    Basement

    Proline has exceptional customer service and very professional electricians. I highly recommend them. They are very professional and pay attention to detail. Dan personally followed up after the job was complete to ensure we were satisfied with the quality of work. They also introduced us to their latest technology dimmers which are AMAZING!

    Basement electrical

    Proline Electric was truly a great company to work with! I wanted to develop my basement but had no idea what I was looking for. Dan Hein offered me various ideas on lighting and electrical and advised which would work better for my situation. Proline’s staff are extremely professional, punctual as well as very courteous and respectful. There was no mess for me to clean up and I was advised during the entire process of what was going on and why. I have already recommended them to friends and family who were just as satisfied as me. Excellent company to deal with.

    Several home projects and renovations.

    Dan Hein and crew have helped us with our electrical needs on several occasions over the past couple of years and we always call them back whenever the need arises because of the level of professionalism, experience and quality workmanship we have come to expect. I would highly recommend DB Proline Electric to anyone who has electrical needs big or small. Thanks again to Dan and crew!

    Trouble shoot electric short and repair kitchen outlets

    The service was excellent from the first contact through to the completion of the work, with even a follow up courtesy call. Proline is well organized, their customer support process very well thought through and delivered, and the expertise of the electrician was methodical and professional. We faced a short in the main panel due to some miswiring that a tenant had undertaken some years ago, leading to a cryptic overlap of several wiring mistakes. Dan worked it through efficiently and very clearly and courteously explained the complications as repairs were made. Everyone through the process was a pleasure to deal with. The cost of the service was equally reasonable and the warranty statement is exceptional.

    power service upgrade

    Came on time, cheerful and professional . Met with utility company. Brought proper supplies and equipment They worked most of the day, only one break Power was back on in a timely manner Good clean up

    Provide power for new AC Unit

    Great customer service. We Didn't feel like DB Proline electric where overly charging us and they didn't try to sell us more than what we really needed for our AC. They where cheaper than most companies.

    Light installation

    Good explanation of the process up front. Prompt service. I was not at home when the work was done; however, the electrician phoned me and sent me pics to ensure I was happy before leaving.

    I need to fix and replace a few light switches ans electrical outlets

    On September 30th I decided to give Proline electric a try from reading the reviews that were online. I was very impressed with the customer service from the person I talked with on the phone to book an appointment right down to the electricians who came to do the work they were courteous and friendly , answered any questions in terms I could understand they kept the work area clean and were helpful in suggesting materials and methods that were affordable. If I ever need work done again for any reason I will be definitely using their services.

    Electrical issues

    We have had ongoing issues with electrical in the bedrooms on main floor and in basement. One day the breaker tripped and afterwards we could not reset the basement bedroom outlets. The electricians who came to assess the problem were thorough and professional, and solved the problem quickly. They also noted possible solutions for concerns we were having in other areas of the home for consideration. We will contact Proline for any electrical work we need in the future.

    electrical in my master bedroom

    really great guys. very respectful of my home. they even replaced cover plates for the plugs. i didn't expect that. they were only here to fix the electrical in my bedroom. i was trying to move my furniture for them to get to the plugs, they told me that they would move the stuff themselves. they put my furniture back into place. they were actually early for their appt. really impressed. really nice men to talk to with. holly wilson.
