We contacted Proline Electric to replace the dining room light fixture and kitchen electric fan/ lights which had some connection issue. The first business we called in St. Albert had no response to either calls or messages left in their website. Zane and Sheldon were prompt, professional, friendly and fast workers. All our questions were answered and explained. Because I was impressed with the excellent service, I asked for quotes to do a complete aluminum wiring repairs which was long due, and install a new electrical panel without getting other quotes as I normally do for major jobs I need done. The quotes were fair and reasonable, so we went ahead with the jobs. Eric and Sheldon came this time , texted 30 minutes before arriving and send email reminders the day before with picture of the electrician doing the job. Eric and Sheldon were quite knowledgeable, courteous and worked efficiently. There were two minor issues the day before but were corrected right away by Eric when he came back the next day to finish the job. He even changed a non GFCI outlet in front of the garage which I assumed was included with the quote just to make his customers happy and satisfied. Replacement of the electrical panel and installation of a pendant light over the kitchen sink was scheduled a day later. Both worked hard all day barely taking their lunch breaks. Everything was done on time and efficiently. The new breakers were re-labeled and explained by Eric. I highly recommend Proline Electric , their staff provide an exceptional and excellent service. I will definitely call them again for any electrical jobs.
