The actual removal of the trees went well. Very professional crew. However, the trimming of the canopy cover was unacceptable. I have an evergreen that was being encroached by a large willow, I believed the work was to remove some of the branches. That did not happen. They agreed to come back, but the additional cost was half of the price that i paid for the 2 tree removals. Very poor communication.

The Elite Tree Care team did the job efficiently and were polite and professional. They left the yard neat and did a great job overall.

Riley, Your team did a wonderful remodeling of our apple tree and Japanese maple. This was required to deal with their extreme overgrowth in the recent wet months. They both look terrific and we are very pleased. The workers were so pleasant and very efficient. The lawn and walk ways were cleaned spotless after the cutting and trimming. Our expectations and satisfaction were exceeded. Again, you and your team have been a pleasure to work with over these past many years. Thank you.

Great communication, solid and competitive quote through to extremely diligent and professional work crew, these guys are top notch. We looked for and got quotes from numerous companies to remove an entire line of old cedars and numerous other trees and shrubs. Riley's quote was detailed and clear which made choosing Elite Tree much easier given some of the more vague quotes that we received. The guys who came to do the work were simply outstanding. Prompt, on time and hard working, they put in a lot of effort to make sure the yard was done to spec and more. The quality of the work, including a lot of stump grinding was exactly what we needed for fence installation and exactly what was promised. Elite Tree is highly recommended.

Elite Tree Care did a fantastic job right from the beginning through to the clean up. The trees I needed trimmed were close to the house and very large. The staff carefully explained what would be removed and how they would be removed. All the staff were very knowledgeable about the removal and about the trees. The job was done on time and the final cost matched the quote I was given. They cleaned up all the debris - even swept the road in front of the house. The quote was in the middle of the range of quotes but the expertise and customer service were worth every penny. I would recommend them to all my friends.

One was positioned very close between ours, and our neighbour's house. After contacting a few contractors for removal of the two trees, Riley gave us a quote to remove the one, and asked us to reconsider removal of the second, as it was healthy and farther away from any buildings. Riley was the only Contractor that asked us to reconsider. My wife and I decided to only remove the close tree, and proceeded with Riley and his team. The team came within the timeframe agreed upon, and very carefully removed this massive tree, falling the large limbs, without any damage to our landscape, or my neighbours fence and landscape. The Elite team also ground down the stump, to allow for our future landscaping. Since that day, we have used or consulted Riley and the Elite team on two other projects, and plan to use them again. I would highly recommend these, knowledgeable, courteous, and caring professionals, who seem to be passionate about their work!

Elite Tree Care did an excellent job when we needed a tree planted to replace a large tree we needed to remove. They were accurate, responsive and punctual on the business side and efficient and knowledgeable on the tree-care side. The arborist even recommended that we wait for a new specimen when he saw the one that was reserved for us at the nursery which I think shows tremendous care and pride in their work. I would definitely refer friends and family !

Besides trimming on several trees, I also needed removal of a dead tree. The service from estimate to completion of work was excellent and very professional. Potential issues were pointed out on the inspection and a very detailed estimate was sent with 24 hrs . All communications with the office was friendly and pleasant, as was the work crew and forester who did the work on-site. Cleanup was also very good. I cannot recommend this company more highly and I am very satisfied.
