We are repeat customers for Riley and have recommended him to family and friends. He and his team are fabulous.......knowledgeable, professional, ethical, pleasant, very neat...and the price is fair. I stopped comparing contractors after our first encounter. It is always a pleasure working with Elite.

I had a damaged weeping willow tree from the ice storm. Riley was very helpful and did a fantastic job. He also provided the most reasonable pricing compared to other companies who seemed to be taking advantage of the situation.

I never ever write reviews, but this company was AMAZING! Thank you Riley and your great team for being so professional, organized and clean! We had a large spruce in the front yard. Elite removed the tree and grinded the stump efficiently and left the property immaculately clean! I had gotten over 5 quotes and although Elite wasn't the lowest price, they were worth every single penny! (They even worked under pressure of a large audience of nosey neighbours. :) ) It was a pleasure working with you! All the best!

A 35 yr old Sugar Maple tree in front of house was partial dead and needed removal. Elite Tree Care provide a quick quotation for the work and did all the submittals for the required city permit. The work was completed quickly once the permit was received. The staff were very friendly and professional and did an excellent clean up afterwards. I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree services.

Asked Elite to remove large, dead tree on property line with neighbour; many overhanging branches over our houses. It took many months to get city approval. Elite guided us through process and spoke to neighbour and myself and reassured us that tree needed to come down.Once permit was issued Elite was easy to schedule and did the work on a cold day in December - no problem.

Riley and his Team removed 2 trees from property. The removal was at exactly the cost quoted and on the date scheduled. The team arrived at 8 am and stated they would be done at 4.30, they left my house at 4.45 with the job site clean and all branches cleaned up.

We were very pleased with Riley and his team. Extremely prompt, courteous and professional. Very knowledgable about the arborist profession - Riley teaches it at the college level, and he supports their intern program. Handled all the paperwork at City Hall for us, gave us excellent advice, even spoke with one of our neighbours to ensure everything was understood. Highly recommended.

Excellent job!! I recently hired Riley and his crew to prune a large tree in my back yard. The branches were overhanging electrical wires in a shared laneway. I had been given a written quote in advance, with details of what the work entailed, along with a very fair price. Riley answered all my questions and he and his staff were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Riley and his crew arrived on time, did a meticulous job pruning my Manitoba Maple, and cleaned up every branch that had been cut. My neighbour had been watching Riley & his team working on my property, and was so impressed that he hired them on the spot. I will only hire this company in the future for all my tree care, and I highly recommend them!

I enthusiastically recommend Elite Tree Care for tree trimming and removal. Riley and his crew were friendly, professional, timely, thorough, neat, and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, gave a thorough description of the work to be done, listened to my requests, and were sensitive to the needs of my neighbours. The trimmed areas of the trees are neat and clean-looking; the trees are much better balanced, allowing more light into our north-facing backyards; and they cleaned up every leaf and scrap of wood from my garden. In fact, my backyard and driveway were substantially cleaner after they left than before they arrived! Truly excellent service - I will call them for all my tree upkeep needs.

The team was very professional. They tried to be as unobtrusive to the residents as possible and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would definitely use their services again
