    Roof replacement

    Right from the start I was made very comfortable with something I really knew little about. David was very informative and not pushy. His quote was was very detailed and the price was right. Everything he promised was done and with little to no disruption to my family life. His staff was professional and virtuous. The end result was more than I could have imagined. We are very pleased and I would highly recommend Landmark Roofing .

    roof replacement

    Honesty, integrity, and efficiency are synonymous with Landmark Roofing. After receiving 3 quotes, and viewing each company's roofing jobs, we choose Landmark. David was very helpful and informative about presenting our options but never overbearing or influential. We appreciated the daily communications on the progress of our roof, and the quick timeline. His crew was friendly, respectful, and hard working. Our neighbours were pleasantly surprised by their camaraderie and laughter. We were very impressed by Landmark's professionalism. We love our new roof!

    Convert shakes to shingles

    Totally unsolicited recommendation., We had five quotes for doing our roof, Landmark was right in the middle. We selected David after speaking to him, receiving a very comprehensive quote, and checking references. Our decision was also based on the fact that David is a young man with a new company and we felt that he would do his utmost to build his reputation ! We were right in our decision! Half way through the job we could see the difference in our new roof and the abysmal job done on the house next door last summer .....by a lowball quote! David,s crew worked non-stop. They were here before seven and worked happily until seven pm. They were polite, neat, friendly and eager to have our approval of their work at every stage. Our yard was left in pristine condition and our roof looks better than any on the street. On day three, in fact, the last neighbour to re-roof, came over to hire Landmark for his job. Absolutely recommend this company!

    New Roof..Tile conversion to Landmark TL Roofing System

    I called David, owner of Landmark Roofing to check a leak in my roof. On further inspection it ended up that I needed to replace my roof in order to permanently fix the problem. David presented to my wife and I three different quotes including bringing with him samples of the roofing material. Everything was explained to us in great detail. We decided to go with the Landmark TL Triple Laminated roofing system. The project went very well. He had a great crew and the roof was done in a very timely manner. My wife and I are very satisfied with the new roof. It looks great! We have no hesitation recommending David Leite (Landmark Roofing Ltd.)

    Cedar Conversion to Landmark TL Roofing System

    David was terrific to deal with in this process. He was patient with our questions and was able to refer us to many projects he had done to allow us an opportunity to see the looks of various products on different styles of homes. This made our overall decision process much easier and when we were prepared to move ahead; we were very confident in what David had recommended. We are very pleased with the final outcome. The roof looks great, the job went very smoothly and on schedule and his crew were very professional and respectful and assured us our needs were their first priority. We certainly would recommend David Leite (Landmark Roofing).

    Roofing Project

    We had ten homes that needed roofs replaced over the winter. Landmark made every effort to complete this project in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly. The worksite was kept neat and tidy and the workers were polite and friendly. David kept in regular contact with us to ensure we were happy with the work. We would recommend David and Landmark to anyone. Thank you David.

    new roof

    When we decided to convert our 30 year old cedar shake roof to ashphalt i sought out 4 quotes. three came in and one didn't show up as promised to present it. two of the quotes were within a hair of each other and both business owners were friendly, efficient, presented extremely comprehensive proposals including liability insurance, worksafe proof, work and site plans, as well as three different price points for the project and advice about each. I chose Dave at Landmark and am happy with my decision. the work was done yesterday, virtually 99 percent of it complete in a 14 hour day for the crew! the guys were great, friendly, helpful, worked hard to take advantage of the first sunny day. i'm tipping them for their great performance! clean up was good, Dave came back and helped me clean the attic, which is definitely above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend Landmark; you can be certain that the price will be super competitive with other reputable roofing companies and that the owner will be on site several times a day during your project, to answer questions and make sure everything is on track.

    Broken vent and roof tiles

    It was nothing but pleasure dealing with David. He spent quite a lot of time to investigate and find potential causes of the roof leak that other roofing companies that I invited missed. David explained me very well what were the issues and what was the best way to fix them. The price quote that he gave me was very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. David was always on time. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and quality of work he did. David even came back several days after the work was completed to make sure that cracks in the concrete tiles he fixed are sealed properly. I would definitely use his help again for any roofing projects.

    Roof

    From first contact through pricing, execution of the project and then final clean up David and the landmark crew prove themselves tradesmen of professional integrity. As well as getting the roof completed in a timely fashion the price was competitive and the quality of workmanship was top shelf. The on site installers were courteous and respectful of our property. David supervised the project closely with updates daily. This company enjoys what it does and I would give them my highest recommendation.

    replaced roof on my shed

    Dealing with David was a great experience! I'm a busy mom, renovator & landlord & have dealt with MANY people in the trades. The roof on my little lean-to shed needed replacing as it was leaking. I got one quote that seemed expensive so after reading the reviews here, I contacted David. He was able to spot my shed (on google earth?) & give me a quote over the phone which was more than reasonable. He was busy but managed to do the job in the next couple of days. He was knowledgable, prompt & true to his word. You can tell he takes pride in his work & business. He even installed metal flashing (at no extra cost to me) so that the job was done to a great standard. The roof looks wonderful & when the house roof needs replacing, I'll definitely be calling David. I highly recommend him!
