    Worst Company

    I have not had any service whatsoever from this company since 2020. I paid in full at the start of our contract and cannot get a hold of anyone, despite phone calls and emails. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

    Worst alarm company ever!!!!

    We tried to contact them for weeks!!!! No body is answering no body replies….we are moving and we do not know what to do!!!! But payment always gets deducted…..what if we have an emergency?

    Horrible customer service

    Horrible customer service. We have been trying to get in contact with someone for over a week now.o our calls/service tickets/ emails are going unanswered. We had a break in in our vehicle and it barely recorded any of it. Now our doorbell camera is not working and nobody is getting back to us to come fix the problem. AVOID AVOID AVOID

    Alarm system

    Customer service is good. We got ours installed back in Oct 2016 in our house and that time our garage isn’t finished yet, then talked to one of their agents last week and they’re quick to take some actions to our request.

    Alarm system

    Intalled our alarm system today...Our agent (sean) is easy to talked and very straight forward, answer question that we need to know,technician (nathan) expalins very well on how system works by details after installation....although there is no motion detector on the living room because we decided with the technician to installed it in the basement,there is nothing in the basement to detect intruders..so far so good about the serviced they gave us... i will introduced this alarm security to the other customers if i need to...kudos to intelife!!!!

    Switching alrarm companies for my house

    Only problems since installation. Miscommunication at all levels and at the end you are the one paying. I wish I never change my old alarm company just to save some dollars.

    Great Price!

    Great price for a really good system. I really like the automation package. I opened the front door for my son from the basement yesterday. Technology is a sweet deal for the lazy !!!

    Great Company - Free move policy

    We had our security system for almost a year with no issues but are now moving to a new home. Intelife set up our system in our new house for free - all new equipment with a bigger screen panel - no charge, just as promised. It is refreshing to have companies do what they say they will do. Super company and wanted to share!

    Great service

    I recently got a system from Intelife and they were very knowledgeable about security. The rep, Sean, showed me how I could view people from my doorbell camera and be able to receive notifications for anything from my phone app. He was very polite and gave me a great deal and installed it the same day. The installer was also very helpful, I would recommend this company to all my friends.

    Business Security Setup

    Happy with service, I set up my business and home with intelife security. One of their commercial reps Matt did a great job quoting my business. Got a great deal on cameras. Thanks again guys!
