    Window screen

    We were desperate for a single insect screen. No window company was willing to help. We found Doctor Screen, Burlington. They have service all over GTA. Although, they said they could probably come in a couple of weeks, it took them to respond in 4 days and Mr. Archer was a breeze! He came, took the measurements, cut the screen on-site and made life so easy for us! I strongly suggest this company for whoever needs insect screens.

    Great service

    All service done on-site which is very convenient. Replaced the wheels and since we have a new kitten who keeps ripping our screen, recommended a heavy duty pet screen, which I love. Very friendly and helpful.

    Great work, fast and efficient service

    Thanks to John for the fast and courteous service Doctor Screen was able to replace my slider screen damaged by squirrels with ease. Opted for a pet resistant mesh. Also repaired my lock so I didn’t have to replace it. A true handyman and I appreciate that no job is too small. Will recommend them to neighbours and friends.

    Screen Repair

    I have two window screens ripped by squirrels. John came and did a very good job to replace the screens. Only took about 20 minutes to get it done. He is a very nice guy and answered all my questions re screens. Will recommend him for any screen jobs.

    Very Convenient and Excellent Service

    Greg came within a few days of my call to give a quote for replacement of 10 window screens, a sliding door screen for pets, replacement rollers for the sliding door screen and heavy duty rollers for the sliding door. I was impressed the work could be done in their truck/trailer at my home. John came as scheduled, did an EXCELLENT job and was finished within a few hours. No muss, no fuss. I really appreciated that I did not have to remove the screens and take them somewhere myself to be repaired. Unfortunately, about 2 weeks after the job was complete, I had extreme difficulty opening and closing my glass sliding door that had the new heavy duty rollers installed. I emailed Greg regarding the issue and John was back within 24 hours and made the adjustment in less than 5 minutes. My door opens so easily now, even better than when the doors were new! AMAZING SERVICE!! I couldn't be happier with John's work! Thank you Greg & John!

    Great product and great service

    John was very honest, helpful, and easy to work with through the whole process. During the first visit he gave me info on how the new screens would work, and how they're an improvement over the screens we got from the builder. During the final visit he replaced the screens himself, and they were all a perfect fit.

    Dishonesty, price and grab

    I asked this company for a quote over email/phone. Got a price, which included an adjustment to the screen door. I asked, since you're here, could you adjust the sliding patio door too? Through email, he said I'll have a look. To me, have a look means FREE. Anyway, $130 became $170 + tax, that's an extra $40 on top of the quoted price. You do the math. I hate dishonesty and people who take advantage of the situation. If he would've told me from the beginning that both adjustments cost $40 on top of the screen, I would've just accepted the screen replacement and do the adjustments myself. He did the adjustments, the screen door now squeaks and the patio door is unchanged, and charged me for what??? I wouldn't recommend this company, at least in the Niagara Region. Dishonesty at its best!!!!

    Good morning and thanks for your comments. I believe Bill did adjust, and did his best to get the glass door sliding better. Based on his explanation to me you need to replace the wheels in order to properly correct the issue. He mentioned that someone had used oil on the track wheels which consequently picks up dirt and other debris which clogs the bearings in the wheels until they no longer function as well as age being a factor. He said he will come back and try again at no additional charge but I'd strongly recommend wheel replacement. Obviously if the wheels are worn out , an adjustment is temporary at best.

    AWESOME Service

    After months of trying to find someone to come to my home and repair my Screen door - I found Bill at Doctor Screen. One phone call and he was booked within the week. Came as promised and did an outstanding job at a fair price. I highly recommend and will use for any future screen repairs! Thank you!

    Replace x2 screen doors

    Excellent product and far superior to the screens we had before. Even more impressive was the service. The installers stayed well into the evening hours to complete the work; they were polite, professional, and pros at what they do. Can't miss with this company!!
