Andrew installed a patio screen that fits perfectly. I tried installing a Home Depot screen in a box but it never would slide properly. I upgraded to the animal screen which is a little thicker. Overall best investment for a door we use 10 times a day in the summer.

We were having trouble finding someone to handle this job until we got in touch with John , the area manager. John visited our home to do an estimate and just about a week later, returned to install all the replacement screens. He did an A1 job from start to finish, everything fit beautifully, he went the extra mile to provide some replacement tabs where a couple had broken off on existing screens. We would very highly recommend John for any work of this nature.

We recently needed to replace our four basement window screens, and Doctor Screen was the name that kept coming up in our Google searches. We made the call to Doctor Screen, and soon Sergei was here and quickly made the required screens and they looked great! We were even happier that they didn't use the old plunger rods, but had the newer spring-pin corners, and the screens were mounted/removed from the outside of the house. A few days later, we realized it was not easy (for us) to pop-out the new screens from the *inside* of the house, and felt it would be great if they had pull tabs for ease of screen removal. My husband Mike called and spoke with Greg, who asked us to send him pictures of the windows. While taking the pictures, Mike came up with a 'solution', and called Greg back and told him we had a workaround fix. About an hour later, we got a call from Ann at Doctor Screen, saying Greg was out of the country until this afternoon, but he had contacted her, asking her to follow-up with us. We were very impressed with this! I spoke with Ann, sent her the requested pictures, and she said John (Area Manager) would come out the next day to have a look and see what could be done. John arrived here today, had a look and said he felt the windows should be removable from the inside, but could see we still weren't 100% content with that verdict. So he kindly (and quickly!) removed the screen splines from all 4 basement windows and installed 2 pull tabs per window with no problem (and no additional charge). John said it was very important that the customer was happy, and we said we appreciated that. Having the pull tabs on the window screens gave us peace of mind, and we're now very content. So, thank you, Greg, for having a great company, giving great service (we love our new screens), and for having a great team (Sergei, Ann, & John)! Thank you all, for making our great new screens even greater!

I received the quote within a day, and the service was booked immediately after I contacted them. They arrived at the notified time.The replacement was done quickly and efficiently. There was no mess left behind. The service person was polite. I was given the options for payment and I appreciated not being asked for payment in advance of the job and until I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company.

Screen was replaced and the one of the wheels was replaced. Fantastic! Sliding door actually slides back and forth now.

Our sliding door rollers were shot and it made a terrible noise each time we opened and closed it. Also our door was not aligned so we were unable to use the door handle lock. I put my job into homestar and was contacted by Doctor Screen (John). John came by to have a look at our convenience and returned to do the job a few days later. Door slides perfectly now and is aligned properly so we can lock the door handle. The service was fantastic and the price was right. Would highly recommend Doctor Screen and the HomeStar app.
