I need 2 window screens replaced & Dave was such a big help! He came as planned & I did not even need to be at home, as he could work from the outside. He built the screen right on site!! I just placed a check in the mailbox, based on the agreed amount ahead of time & he came by & replaced my screens beautifully. Thanks again Dave for the work & if I need more screens replace, I will definitely phone him again. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

Dear Greg, I want to thank you for looking after my mother last week in repairing the patio screen door that a racoon tore through! She's very happy with the 'pet mesh' I heard that while your associate was there he looked after some bedroom screens as well….weird the kind of trouble he was having with one of them not fitting back in, but looks like all was resolved in the end! My kitten decided to try to eat the window screen. Not very tasty, and seriously dangerous! I called a number of screen repair places, with an appointment set then abruptly cancelled by the company just prior to the appointment. I frantically tried to review and book a reputable screen repair company, and I was so glad to find Dr. Screen! All of my questions were answered, phone calls for me to reschedule were promptly returned. On the day of the repair, John called prior to the appointment to confirm the time of arrival and it put my mind at ease. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. The screens were repaired quickly with pet mesh, and he brought up screen swatches to demonstrate the difference between a regular screen and pet mesh. The price was excellent, the work was done quickly. Will I use Dr. Screen again? You bet your hungry kitty I will! Job well done. One happy customer!

I emailed Bill on Wed and he got back to me early Thurs.and gave quote.The appoint. was set for Fri. and he called on Fri.to say he was a bit behind schedule and showed up on time about 45 min. later than original time.He took about 2 hrs. to complete the 7 screens and the quality and appearance was beyond my expectation.Bill was extremely approachable and knowledgeable in his craft. I would NOT hesitate to recommend Dr Screen to Friends andFamily, Thanks Bill

Excellent service, quality work and competitively priced. Had a 4' x 8' patio door rescreened with "pet screening" as well as 6 more southerly exposed window screens. The mobile service saved me a lot of aggravation in trying to transport the oversized door myself for repairs. The technician (John) was courteous, fast and also serviced the rolling wheels of the patio door. Job well done. Thank you

I don't have enough positive words to describe this company and it's service. My patio screen door ripped on me on Monday night. Called Greg the very next day ( who answered the phone right away even though I could tell he was on a work site). Arrangements were made, On Wednesday morning Greg came out to complete the job to my complete satisfaction. Couldn't have been handled any better. Thanks Greg and the the Doctor Screen team.
