Bought an older home in Calgary and was referred to City Boss Residential Roofing by our home inspector. City Boss did not disappoint. Jordan was a pleasure to deal with. They were quick, on time and on budget. As far as I can tell, they did a fantastic job on the roof. They even went the extra mile to come back at no charge and fix the flashing around the chimney/roof that was damaged prior to the purchase of the home. The work comes with a 5 year guarantee for peace of mind. Two thumbs up for City Boss Residential Roofing!!!Answer from pro:

Jordan was very professional, quick and easy to respond to calls or questions, honest and down to earth about the entire project. The team was done BEFORE the estimated time, and even when I changed my mind on putting in the skylights, it was not a problem. City Boss did a fantastic job. I interviewed 4 companies and had them all quote on the job. Some came in lower, some higher, but none had the enthusiasm, confidence and customer service of City Boss. Jordan had the quote ready, answered all my questions, offered suggestions and options, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He followed up to see if I had any further questions (none of the other bidders did) and once I agreed to having them do the job, he gave me the timeline and we signed the contract, he answered any more questions and was very thorough. On the day of the job, his crew showed up on time, finished the job in less time than he had said and cleaned up the area perfectly. 2 of our neighbours hired City Boss as well, one at the same time, the other after he saw what a good job they did. I highly recommend this company. They understand what good service is all about.Answer from pro:

It was an excellent experience. We were in need for a new roof. After getting estimate from multiple companies we have selected City Boss. With the issues I had with my roof Jordon and his crew were very quick to point out to me what had to be done to repair it .
