I had gotten a quote from George at Boss City in the beginning of June. George showed up right on time (early morning Saturday), he took the time to explain different options and answered the many questions I had. We promptly received our quote with different options. Ultimately we decided not to do the roof and put the house up for sale. I let George know our plans and that we would not require there service as we are planning to sell. Fast forward 3 weeks later, the day before our home is to go on the market and after a pretty bad storm it was evident that the roof needed to be replaced in order to sell the home. I contacted George in a panic hours before we were to hit the market and explained our very time sensitive situation. Within minutes George had resent our quote and assured me that we could meet our very short timeline to get the roof replaced. Great experience with George, thanks again. Within hours Jordan from Boss City got in contact with me and the contract to repair the roof was signed. I had some questions from potential buyers regarding the roof and the work to be done. Jordan answered my (many) calls and was extremely helpful in getting me the information I needed to pass on to the buyers. The day of the replacement also could not have gone any smoother. They showed up when they said they would and the work was done in a very timely fashion. They cleaned up so well that you wouldn't even know they were there (except for the brand new amazing looking roof!). All in all it took just over a week from letting George know of our dire situation to the roof being replaced! I cant say enough how happy we are with the whole experience and have found my go to company for any and all future roofing needs in Boss City Roofing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

George and Jordan were great to deal with. They had a big crew and got my roof done in a day. Their roofers were employees of city boss and not just contract workerswhich was what I was looking for, because of that I could see the pride in their work. After they finished my roof they sent me completed pics from a drone which was nice. Work was very clean. They also did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Jordan also noticed I didnt have any bath fan vents on the roof(my bath fans were being exhausted to the attic). They then added the exhausts for me at no additional cost which I appreciated.

City Boss Roofing deserves every bit of praise for their outstanding service! They recently replaced our roof with OC Duration class 3 shingles, and we couldn't be happier. Their use of drones to capture progress pictures of the entire roof was a brilliant move, providing thorough documentation. The entire installation process took only about 5 hours, showcasing their efficiency and expertise. Out of 5 quotes, they were the 2nd lowest and by far the most impressive with their offering (additional vents were free, drone use for pictures, 12 person crew to guarantee completion in 1 day, or in our case, less than half a day).

Great service from start to finish. George provided great info without a sales pitch and followed through on everything he said. Needed to reroof in anticipation of solar panels being installed. City Boss was very familiar working with those projects and relocated some roof vents at no extra charge. High quality workmanship and materials at an extremely competitive price.
