    Gutter and downspouts Replacement with guards

    after receiving 3 quotes we decided to go with UHS initially because of how we felt about Jason when we met him for the estimate - although UHS was a bit more expensive but to us Jason was the one with higher moral values, very honest and fair. Jason is an exceptionally young guy with exemplary knowledge of his profession, very reliable and trustable. He identified issues, that we would not have known on our own until too late - Going the extra mile to make sure we are unquestionably satisfied. We are very thankful and fortunate to have met him - I would not hesitate a second recommending Jason. Thank you.

    Professional and Trust-worthy

    It has been great working with Jason and his team. In an industry where honesty and integrity can be scarce - the professionalism in which Ultimate Home Services operates is a true relief.

    Roofing repair

    Jason was print to respond to our situation( shingles blown off) and professional in his approach. He did a great job and also suggested that the Eavestrough were clogged and he would clean them for a fee. We are considering Jason for our roof replacement project.

    New roof in Newmarket

    My wife and I are very happy with UH services, Jason and his crew. After receiving 7 quotes, I decided to go with UH services. They were not quite the cheapest, but definitely offered the most for the price (while other quotes were unreasonably higher). Other quotes also did not include installing new metal vents to existing and new locations on the roof. To be sure, this was no rush job, the crew took their time and completed the job in two days. As I was home the entire time and can verify that everything promised in the quote was completed properly. Also, the crew were very professional, courteous and clean. Cleanup was performed to my satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with the job completed. Thanks Jason and crew!

    Cleaned Downsproute

    Service provided was within a quick time frame. Also, you can count on the work is done as requested and if not more. Will go the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied.

    New Roof

    Jason and his crew were very professional and easy to deal with. They showed up on the scheduled day and worked real hard in completing this job. He had to repair an area around the skylight and didn't charge extra for that. After two long days of working in the heat the crew were still very pleasant when I asked them to check for any debris. The area was left very clean. Thanks guys I already have recommend Ultimate Home Services to others

    My favourite contractor

    Jayson cleaned and repaired my eavestroughs on Sunday. He replied to my text within an hour, in another hour or two a truck was on my driveway. Quality work done quickly, on a short notice. Thank you for the service, you are my favourite contractor!

    New Roof

    Jason the owner was an extreme pleasure to deal with on our project. Andrea was lovely and came out to do initial measurements. Jason followed up with site visit and consultation. After interviewing several potential roofers (many with more ratings/reviews etc.), we new within minutes that Jason was our choice hands down, no contest. We wanted to ensure that whatever system we chose would be complete (not just changing shingles), cost effective with as decent a warranty as the industry offers. Jason is also a certified installer for this system and that is exactly what we were looking for. We received our warranty in the mail this week from the company. He was patient with our questions and all of his dealings with us were personable and professional. In my opinion his crew was simply awesome which meant he didn't have to be here for the long full 2 days himself, but he was definitely onsite as much as was needed throughout both days to ensure everything ran smoothly. The property and my neighbours properties were left clean and tidy and were well protected throughout. Jason worked with us to ensure everything went as outlined in our detailed contract. We are known for doing our research and have already seen Jason back on the street at our neighbours, and we have referred to 2 others since and expect more to come. I am certain that before long he will have a significant # of positive reviews and will continue to grow his business successfully. Thanks to Jason, Andrea and the install crew for being so amazing and working with us to ensure the project got done in a manner that was a totally satisfying experience.

    flat roof water diverter

    I found Jason to be very helpful, courteous and knew what he was doing. He also suggested and did a few minor repairs gratis. He had to charge more for coming downtown however. I would highly recommend him for flat roof repair.

    Roof system replacement

    Competitive quote right off the bat. Office manager is very helpful and responsive. Jason and his team are professional and pleasant to work with. Enjoying my new roof, and I would recommend UHS for sure.
