After getting four quotes we decided on Panorama Windows & Doors. Their price matched one other quote, the other two were 50-100% more and didn't give us the solutions we wanted.
Joe was the perfect professional. I purposely let my wife handle the appointments to see how she was treated, being a woman. Joe treated her like a customer, not someone's wife. He answered her questions, listened to what we wanted to accomplish and made good recommendations to achieve the results we were after. Especially, with the large 5'x10' bay window.
Dennis and his installation crew are perfectionists. They stressed over every detail. Every time I thought "I can live with that" one of the guys would be addressing what I saw and making it perfect. I never had to say anything. The bay window came in five sections to be assembled on site, which concerned me, but they did a fabulous job.
The installation was scheduled to be done over two days. However, Dennis knew the next day was calling for heavy rain so they stayed and finished the installation in one day. Good thing because it's pouring outside right now.
Given clean up occurred after it had gotten dark, they still did an excellent job cleaning up outside. Inside they cleaned up as they went and had drop clothes everywhere including on the stairs.
As a twenty three year representative at a Mercedes-Benz dealership, I have high expectations when I hire contractors. Panorama, Joe, Dennis and his crew exceeded them. We have three windows left to change and we know already who will get the order.
