We chose Panorama windows and doors on the basis of their good reputation and after speaking with a few of their customers in and around our neighbourhood who were very pleased with the outcome of the installations and with their good customer service.
The initial meeting with Panorama windows and doors was very informative and left us with a good feeling that we had made the right choice. The initial measurements for all 14 windows and new entry door system were done within a matter of hours (no easy feat). Once the terms and designs were agreed upon, the second set of measurements were done in a matter of days and the order was put into place.
While the wait time for the windows and door did take several months due to the many manufacturing delays and shortage of product availability, when the first set of windows did arrive they scheduled installation immediately. The installer that they did send, Alex, was absolutely amazing and extremely skilled and knowledgeable in his profession. Alex installed 13 windows, complete with caulking and new trim within 2 days. When the last of the windows and new entryway door system finally arrived, we had requested Alex be here once again for the install of both and luckily for us he was. Panorama windows and doors is indeed lucky to have such a skilled installer and hard worker on their team......thank you Alex!
Contacts with the office/production staff, mainly Yana and Brooklyn, were also very friendly, informative and professional. Both were always willing to help and offered a very assuring level of support recognizing how trying home renovations can be. This level of support also carried through following completion of the installations and we have no doubt that they will continue to be there for us should we have any issues or concerns in the future.
