I just had 11 windows, my patio doors and front door replaced in my house. The team was friendly and knowledgable. They were a great group of guys who worked very well together. They answered my questions and work very efficiently to get the work done in 2 days. Igor was very knowledgeable when I placed my order near the end of February and my windows were ready the end of June. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

Big City was among 4 companies I contacted for a quote to replace 4 windows in my family room. Big City's quote was comparable to the others but was more detailed and specific to the work required. The sales rep was very professional and forthcoming and exuded "trust". We were not disappointed. Despite the COVID restrictions facing manufacturers, the windows were delivered on time, and the installation occurred in one day. Again, the installers were professional and obviously very skilled. The worksite was left spotless and every aspect of the installation was explained. I can't remember ever having such good service, and that includes the office staff who made made the invoicing/payment process easy. Should I ever have to replace other windows in my home, Big City will be my first call.

Had all windows replaced, two storey home, the men working were great, very efficient and precise had it all done in two days, cleaned up afterwards windows are much easier to clean, much more efficient very happy !

We heard about Big City Windows from relatives a couple years ago and they came with great reviews. We have used them twice now in the last two years and each time they have been wonderful to deal with. Their prices are reasonable and the work performed was done well with care. They showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up before they left. We are very happy with the windows and doors that they replaced. New patio doors look great and no more drafts to deal with. Big City Windows and Doors is by far one of the best companies with which we have dealt. They took the time to look over our project and come up with recommendations that met our needs. We had a new side door and door from the house to the garage replaced. We really like the new self closing hinges on the door to the garage. The installation team was amazing. They took even the smallest detail into account when finishing up the install. You would have never known they were there. We're already saving towards replacing our front door to make a matching set. They will be getting our business for the foreseeable future for sure.
