    Excellent Company - Thank You for Helping Us So Quickly!

    Gotcha Wildlife is great. Ken came to our home today right on time, and dealt with our problem very effectively. It was kind of an emergency for us. We were having attic-insulation removal done by an insulation company, but the insulation contractors walked off the job yesterday because they found some old raccoon waste matter from raccoons we had in the attic years ago. The insulation company explained that raccoon waste matter can carry dangerous parasites that can attack the human nervous system. Ken checked both the top of the roof and the attic interior and determined that there are no raccoons in the attic currently and no entry points at this time, but he found raccoon waste matter not only in the location where the insulation company had found it but also in another location which the insulation company had missed seeing. He removed the raccoon waste matter and he and his partner disinfected the attic with Microban Hospital Spray, which he explained kills bacteria and other pathogens. He also supplied us with written proof that this was done so that we could forward it to the attic-insulation company to assure them it is safe for their workers to return to our home to continue the insulation work. Ken, moreover, offered us preventative solutions on how to cover up our ridge vent and other roof vents with a 16-gage galvanized steel mesh to prevent raccoons and squirrels from manipulating these sensitive areas and nesting in our attic in the future. We will consider hiring Gotcha Wildlife again, to do this preventative work to prevent animals from getting into our attic in the future. Overall, we are very pleased with their good work and with how quickly they were able to provide us with this much needed service - helping us not to have our attic insulation work delayed any further - and also with their very fair prices. Of the companies we had called prior to hiring Gotcha Wildlife, we found they had some of the most fair prices and also the best guarantee. Not all the companies were offering a guarantee. So we thank Ken and his team very much, and we will likely see them at least once more (for the preventative work) in the future.

    Squirrels in the attic

    After hearing noises in the attic, I looked around for a reputable company with positive reviews and narrowed my list to 3 companies. Gotcha Wildlife provided me with logical answers to all my questions and were fairly priced compared to the other 2 companies. They covered all possible entry points with metal mesh and added flashing around all exposed roof line. Ken was quick and accommodating with the job and a follow-up at my request. Needless to say the squirrels are gone and i am happy I found Gotcha Wildlife to help out with my issue.

    Pest control squirrels

    We heard noises in the attic so I called Ken at GothaWildlife With a quick response and professional service He stopped the squirrels from going into the attic Recommended correcting other points of entry Roof vents so he covered them However months later they discovered the sunroom Richard came and solved the problem I'm happy the squirrels are active elsewhere Thanks Frank

    Tricky squirrel removal

    I had some squirrels nestled into the siding of my house. Richard was great! He got them out and put the nest aside for the mom to come back and grab the babies to take them elsewhere! Richard even helped out reattaching my eavestrough which had nothing to do with the squirrels. Very impressed!

    Squirrels in attic

    Had noticed scratching sounds coming from one area of bedroom ceiling for a few weeks in late January of this year. Looked at a few companies on Homestars and decided to go with Gotcha Wildlife based on good reviews. Spoke to Ken who is very pleasant and knowledgeable and we scheduled a day where Richard would come to my house. Richard was on time and very professional in all aspects of work conducted. Determined entry point through one of the the roof vents. He Installed a one-way trap where squirrels can get out put not in. When I didn't here anymore scratching from ceiling (approx. 3 weeks) I called Richard and he removed trap, replaced one of my oversized roof vents which I wanted replaced and installed 6 custom roof vent covers to prevent this from happening again.

    Reliable and Knowledgable

    Ongoing customer. Kenneth is reliable and very quick to respond. Very knowledgable and doesn't recommend anything that isn't needed. Have been using Gotcha for over a year and would highly recommend them!! Thanks again Kenneth!

    Pest control

    We had rats getting into the house through an unknown entry point. The gotchawildlife reps responded quickly to our call. They placed poison and traps both outside and inside the house after determine the potential point of entry. The reps were friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I would recommend this service to others.

    Raccoons having a party in and in the roof!

    Raccoons have decided to have a party on the roof! After calling about 8 different wildlife specialist ( we did many hours of research) we found that Kenneth had the best prices, knowledge and rapport. Once he came and did his assessment we could tell he knew what he was doing and we were right. His suggestions solve the immediate problem included starting with small solutions. We were happy with this as it wasn’t at all about making money. Kenneth was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and definitely went the extra mile!! It worked and the Racoon party has moved on! We would recommend Kenneth to anyone dealing with any wildlife problems! We can say we did the research for you. You won’t be disappointed. Barb and Liz

    Wildlife removal

    We first used Gotcha last month as we has mice in the attic and walls. Ken, the owner, was courteous and efficient and took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. This weekend my husband saw a ‘very large rat’ in the garage going through the garbage. We called Gotcha. Ken came promptly and identified the problem - a young opossum had gotten trapped in the garage. He double checked for possible entry to the attic but found no holes. The possum was taken away to be released back into the wild. Gotcha is a pleasure to do business with and they truly care about wildlife, an important consideration for us as we did not want our visitor hurt in any way. Thanks, Ken!

    My senior Mother's Pet cat - we simply could not get him in a crate

    My Mom, who's 90, had to get her senior cat to the vets. She tried for over 24 hours to coax him into his crate - but he wasn't falling for the old treat in the crate business. I tried the direct approach - which was incredibly unsuccessful - and I inadvertently pushed him to full panic mode to the point where he was ready to attack. And I'm not talking scratching or trying to bite - I mean full attack. He's very sweet with my Mom but has never allowed himself to be picked up. We couldn't find help anywhere - not the veterinarian or local humane society and my Mom was inconsolable thinking she'd have to have the OSPCA come and take him and put him down. As a last-ditch desperate measure, I called Gotcha Wildlife and sincerely wish I had done so much, much sooner! They were at my Mom's apartment within 30 minutes and her cat was off to the vets within the hour. While I can't say he's a very happy cat, he is safe and was handled with the utmost care. It is not going too far to say they saved his life and saved my Mom unbelievable heartache. With no reservations, my Mom and I would recommend Gotcha Wildlife to anyone who has a difficult to handle pet.
