I needed to find an animal removal company quickly, found many, including Gotcha Wildlife. After speaking with several of them, I called Ken back as he was incredibly helpful and patient in describing the method of removal and advised he could come out the very next day. When I met Ken, he was prompt, professional and fast. He also advised me that I had internal damage to the duct pipe that required to be repaired as soon as possible. Not only did he take the time to explain what needed to be done, he also offered to repair the damage when he returned to remove the one way door and install the exterior vent cover the following week. I was very surprised but nonetheless most appreciative that he went over and above the scope of his service. Ken arrived the following week, completed the work externally and internally with such professionalism and efficiency. I was so incredibly impressed. They got here the same day that I called them and set up a ladder baited with peanut butter and one way door on the exterior of the roof vent which was their original entry point. Within a few hours a family of 4 raccoons had left the premises never (we hope) to return. Ken was back the next day to replace the vent - we used all metal this time. All in all completely satisfied. Timely, expert, thorough, reasonably priced service. Highly recommended.

I am very satisfied with the service from Gotcha Wildlife. Kenneth called back very quickly and arranged a time at my convenience. Confirmed the suspicion that squirrels decided to make my attic a home. Point of entry was discovered and a one-way door installed. Squirrels are now gone. Service was prompt, courteous and effective.

We had two points of acces on the exterior of our house that birds were using to get into our attic. Ken inspected the issue, blocked the access points. We were. Ery happy with his service.

Five weeks ago we contacted a highly rated Home Stars firm to help us with a mice issue in the attic. At the 4 week mark, the employee who came out for a follow up believed all was under control. On the weekend we heard much louder noises coming from the attic and assumed it was a squirrel. Late on Saturday night we left a voicemail message with Gotcha Wildlife to request an assessment. Ken Gray amazingly returned our call the same night and scheduled an appointment for the following week. He was prompt, knowledgable, experienced, thorough and polite. He identified the critter making the noise - it was a mouse. In hindsight, I wish we had hired Gotcha Wildlife from the beginning. Their fees were very reasonable and their guarantee double the length of the company we originally dealt with. I suspect we would have gotten more value and effort in the treatment process from Gotcha Wildlife than what we ended up receiving from our original hire. In any event, we discovered a pest control company we can trust and if there is ever a need in the future, Gotcha Wildlife will be the first and only call we make. Thank you Ken.

Great experiences with Gotcha! First time we used Gotcha's services they cleaned and sanitized our attic. We were building a new home and some raccoons made a home of our attic. They left a huge mess behind them. Ken and his team came in and cleaned up. Second time, squirrels got into our attic! The Gotcha team went above and beyond to make sure everything was under control. Both times, the issue was handled professionally and efficiently. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I contacted Ken at Gotcha Wildlife because their methods of animal prevention sounded humane and when i did a homestars search, they consistently scored impressive reviews. We renovated our third floor attic recently but squirrels still managaed to find a way into the dormer section. It sounded like they were in the walls and we wanted to deal with the situation before any real damage was done. Ken and Peter were very professional and personable and completed the job quickly. Our exterior is old so they had to deal with a very loose eaves trough. They fortified it so left it in better shape than they found it. After dealing with numerous contractors and tradesmen for our renos and finding much disappointment with that experience, it was an extreme relief to find gotcha wildlife's professionalism and integrity. One persistent squirrel managed to build a hip little pad in my 3rd floor eaves-through. I contacted Gotcha Wildlife, and Kenneth was fantastic the whole way through. Kenneth installed a one way trap door allowing the squirrels to exit but not re-enter, and even installed some preventative mesh in the exit/entry of our through. Kenneth even managed to co-ordinate with my rowhouse neighbours to ensure completion of the job, and returned several times to get that lil' bugger out. I'm so relieved to live in a squatter-free home again! Kenneth was very thoughtful, professional and really made me feel like he cared about my pest problem. A++ recommendation!

Ken was responsive and identified the issue at our house immediately (mice had come in due to the change in seasons). He explained clearly how he was going to address problem and was a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We found this company on Home Stars and after comparing many, we picked this one because of the high ratings - we can see why. Polite and professional service. We were quoted one price, and there was far more of an issue than we had originally anticipated, but Kenneth was fantastic and agreed to remove the excess at the original quoted price. Helped us out a lot, and would definitely recommend.
